We needed a place open early so we could have a breakfast before our flight. They're conveniently located on the Airport property serving up classic southern down home cooking. Well, we just had their biscuit sandwiches and they were fantastic and just as bad for you as you'd expect. The biscuits were made with love. I would go there again when passing through Little Rock.

Enjoyed the breakfast and the service while not great was adequate. Dining area was a little crowded and a little run down but this only added to the atmosphere. Will be going back at a later date.

Shhh, it's a secret. Get there early or run out of the specials! Service is great! Don't visit too long...they will need the table. Some favorites: fried chicken, meatloaf, turnip greens, purple hulls... the new space is very welcoming.

My girls wanted to make sure we gave yall a 5-star Yelp! review for our breakfast this morning! Super friendly service and the food was fast, warm and delicious!! Highlights for us were the grits and pancakes and Southern Benedict special! We also love the sunrise airport view!

Rosie has a unique atmosphere, able to watch the small Jets takeoff and land while eating breakfast or lunch. I’ve ate here for both breakfast & lunch. Seat yourself when you arrive. Good variety and food choices. Wait staff is quick. Cozy environment, as tables & booths are pretty close to each other. Food served hot and great place to order “home” comfort food! Recommend to locals and those visiting.Kid-friendliness: High chair availableWheelchair accessibility: Easy entry into building and accommodating for wheelchair/walker use

Awesome service, awesome food. Family/friend/locally owned diner style breakfast and lunch stop downtown near the airport. Atmosphere is fun and friendly. You have to know about it to find it but it's well worth the find. Try something off the menu or one of their great specials of the day but get there early because the local favorites will sell out before closing! Today I had the pulled Bbq plate (offered as a sandwich, salad or plate and was a special of the day) with two sides. Many sides to choose from- I landed on fried okra which was perfectly fried to a crisp and house made cole slaw - great combo with the BBQ. Others at my table had the Cuban sandwich (special of the day) with creamed spinach and vegetable plate of Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy and creamed spinach. We topped everything off with Banana pudding. Everything was great! Can't go wrong with your choices here! I can't wait to come back. Thanks to Barry and Donna for taking me here and thanks to the Rosie's team for a great lunch.

I was told this was the Homer's +. This was a bust. I ordered chicken and dumplings (not a dumpling in site, more like creamy chicken noodle soup), turnip greens (fresh out of a can with no seasoning but vineger and onions, and mac and cheese (need some salt, pepper. To me, this a bust and waste of my money.
