I worked next door for awhile, so I hate this everyday. The buffalo bleu salad, and the tomato and mozzarella were my go to’s. Absolutely delicious, and huge portions. I could only ever finish half the salad.
I was skeptical after reading some of the previous reviews but we decided to try it anyway. It did not disappoint. The service was exceptional - the guy who waited on us was really friendly and made recommendations for additions to the items we ordered. We told him he should have his own “secret” menu :). We both chose the Pick 2. We ordered the 1/2 tomato mozzarella basil panini and a cup of chicken poblano soup (add pepper jack cheese cubes) and 1/2 chicken Caesar salad and 1/2 turkey bacon ranch sandwich. My soup and panini portions looked deceivingly small but I couldn’t have eaten another bite. The half salad was huge! The turkey bacon ranch sandwich was my least favorite, but heated turkey is not a personal favorite of mine anyway. You should give it a try - I can’t wait to go back to try a grain bowl or the braised beef taco salad next time.

Do not interview or work for this guy if you have any sense of self respect at all whatsoever. I wonder if the owner, Maricio, treats everyone as disrespectfully as he treated me today.
How is anyone working with this unrealistically high expectations, arrogant excuse of a man?
He asked me, "tell me about your upbringing from birth to 15 and your family, in detail"
I should have just gotten up and walked then...what kind of an interview question is that?
And then got up and left abruptly.
I urge employees to report the unprofessional behavior because it is not okay.
I'm sorry that there are people out there that have to work with people like that!

Not only were there extremely hard bits of rice in my grain bowl, their was a fish-like taste to a meal with chicken as the only meat. I ate very little and threw the rest away. I was so excited to try this place but will likely never be back.

We got the create your own salad, and it was absolutely heavenly, the three different kinds of lettuce were all fresh. All the toppings were very fresh and the Thai peanut dressing was perfect. They have all sorts of options for diet restrictions as well. Even If you’re vegetarian, excellent place to eat.
Dietary restrictions: Several different options for diet restrictions.

The salads are outstanding with very fair pricing, and my takeout order was ready right when I got there. Each of the ingredients in our salads were top notch versions of that ingredient, and the construction and proportions were all very nice. The dressings were very good, and the kids meal was a big hit for our toddler. The portions are quite generous. I'm looking forward to going back.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian or vegan options that are easy to customize
Kid-friendliness: Lots of good kids meal options
Parking: Big parking lot

I just paid $15 for a big bowl of lettuce. The lady put the bare minimum toppings on this thing. & had the nerve to ask if i would like bread with it. I’ve eaten here many times in the past & I’ve never been skimped like this & I know it comes with bread, so why are u asking if i want it!? I asked her does it come with it? She replied yes. So I replied yes, i want it if it comes with it ? I originally wanted to eat in but after continuing to look at that massive amount of lettuce i just asked for it to go. I should’ve just said no thank you, nevermind but this place was the only reason I drove all the way out here

Dear owner,I really enjoy this food joint.I went to the first location in California in 2020 and absolutely loved it. Then I had discovered the one in Arkansas and truly got excited! It is about time something healthy comes along.Could the owner open one up in o’fallon, Illinois? All the good restaurants always go to chesterfield Missouri. I am requesting one be opened in o’fallon, Illinois!????Yes please and thank you!
