The food was fair but the building was nasty. Came in at 1p, the tables were dirty and food in the chairs and the waitress said “the night crew don’t clean well”. I wanted to run out of there but my child made me stay. Got a Philly chicken, it was ok. Would I come back, no.

Worst Southern food ever!! Chicken has a lot of black veins on the inside. This cannot be catfish. It doesn't even flake when you pull it apart. Shrimp was overcooked. They gave me no sauces (hot sauce, tarter, cocktail) when I specified to give me extra in the comments. Okra was soggy. Mac n cheese was soupy and no flavor. I didn't attempt to eat the red beans and rice it just didn't look edible. Zero stars should be an option.

All tables were dirty, waitress was busy with her phone, cocktail sauce was stringy and the glass salt and pepper shakers stuck to my fingers. I have been to other Sam's Southern Eaterys before and this one was a huge disappointment. The hush puppies were cold too.

Food was okay, ordered off dd. They claimed they put utensils, didn't. The salad was sad, barely any food. And didn't pack dressing.
Try to ordering their seafood mix po-boy they tried to argue and say they did not have crawfish when it is on the menu item number 12 took an hour and a half to get our food the service sucked the food sucked and I have been going there for 10+ years and i am never going back the place is full of shit about what's on there menu if you want good food and service you can find better at McDonald's not worth the price or the 2 hours it takes to get the wrong food

I love getting the chicken and shrimp combo alfredo however I always have to add on extra shrimp and still I see no extra shrimp I feel like I'm getting ripped off every time but the wait staff is very nice and patient with the customers
