Worst service I've had at a restaurant EVER!! After an hour of struggling to take our orders and split them into separate tickets, the waitress ("in training") managed to get food to 2 out of 9 in our party. Then apparently her shift was up because she left the restaurant without speaking to us. It took a second hour for the remaining waitress to get food to the rest of us. We had to hunt down our own forks and condiments and refill our own drinks! To compensate us for the inconvenience, they didn't charge us for beverages. (5 of us had water!!!!) We asked for a manager, but apparently there isn't one! The food did taste good when it finally arrived.

I have put several orders in I had the chicken alfredo I had to fish and mac and cheese and I had the chicken strips with fries and they all three was horrible I have spent over $30 I have tried to contact the company but they have a young children working in there they always have an attitude I'm sure that they give you management it just they don't care as long as people are still spinning their money they couldn't care about the products being put out I will never ever spend a dime in that place again they was really great when they first came out it's okay they don't have to listen to me I have pictures of the food that I received it looks like I'mma have to call seven on your side about them I am not the only one that's complaining about them

Order a $75 order. The drinks were supposed to be coke and instead they gave us soda water on ice. When I called to ask them about it they repeatedly hung up on me then took the phone off the hook. Wont be ordering from them again.

Fried chicken was served fresh and hot...I even got an extra piece. Service was pretty fast. The waitress was very nice and helpful. I'd definitely return to try something else.

I love their fried green tomatoes and my favorite dish is the liver dinner...all their food I have tried is delicious and the prices are definitely reasonable...fish, shrimp, whole catfish, wings...if ya get a chance to eat here I definitely recommend it you won't be disappointed!

Mostly I just carry out, but the fried fish is off the chain. Also don't bother with the drive through. When they get busy they intentionally do not service the drive through window. It was my 3 or 4th trip before I understood, and they, in fact, have a sign that states that as policy. You're going to pay $25 to feed 2 adults, but honestly, where wouldn't you?

I love the Sam's restaurants and the flavoring on their food.. unfortunately many times they are in decommissioned Captain D's restaurants or such and they could certainly just use some freshening up the food was good and I'm assuming it's a pretty clean and sanitary cooking environment but the tables doors chairs walls would make you wonder.. very good food love the flavor

I have eaten here for years but I just stopped. No particular reason I just did. I decided to go back today and nothing has changed. The fish is so damn good and the chicken wings are fried really good and seasoned. The cole slaw is still not good but that's it. Because the okra and fried were delicious! The service is always good. So if you're in the area don't hesitate to eat here you will like I promise. I always get the fried fish and whole fried wings. With okra and fries. Which I have in the pics.
