Cheese dip was ordered and was not packed in the bag. Only one set of utensils given for 3 meals. I called them to let them know they forgot the cheese dip and they said it was door dashes fault! Orders are packed by the restaurant not door dash! Lady who answered the phone was rude and food was lacking. Will not return!

Because I like a certain waiter to wait on me, they have a problem with that. That particular waiter gives excellent service. He is the best bartender that they have. They don't like that waiter getting good tips. I feel like he's well like and gives his service. So when I come in, they act as though I'm not even there because I'm asking for a certain waiter. what difference does it make if I'm spending money and tipping good.

Not impressed. I arrived late, around 9:30 on a Saturday. I wanted a drink, but all they had was margaritas which I don’t like. So I got a coke and the waiter forgot about me. I had to ask someone else to take my order. The chicken chimichanga was mostly onions and peppers, most places it’s just chicken. Otherwise the chips and salsa, rice and beans were good. Hostess was very nice.

I just came to the reality that I gotta stop giving businesses MULTIPLE chances to disappoint me....poor customer service and inconsistent food. No cheese,more oil than anythg...I ask for more cheese and was told it's $1.50 more...and never received it!! Rude and don't value their customers.

No. Just no. It was 80° inside the restaurant. It took 35 minutes for us to get five beers to our table. We could not get waited on. We asked to have the fan turned on that was us. No one would do a thing about it. It was just ridiculous.we got our order and my order was wrong, but I was willing to make do with most of it. They wanted to take my whole plate back to correct one thing wrong with it. I said no, they could just bring me the correct item. We had already been there over an hour by this point. Was not my idea to go there and will never go there again.

The drinks are great! The food is awful! I can make more Mexican food than they can! I got a large tortilla and a small tortilla with meat folded over! I ordered a tamale and burrito

I recently visited Senor Tequila, a place I once frequented and always enjoyed. Unfortunately, my latest experience was highly disappointing. The service was not just inattentive but downright rude. When I attempted to place a reasonable order, I encountered significant difficulty due to the server’s dismissive attitude and lack of assistance.
The major letdown came at the end of the meal. Instead of the usual practice of bringing the check to the table, I was instructed to walk to the front door to settle the bill. This departure from their previous, much more courteous service standards felt particularly jarring and the table next to us was provided a much different experience.
It’s disheartening to see a once-favorite spot fall so far from its previous excellence. I’m unsure if I’ll be returning anytime soon given this experience.
