One of the workers accused me and my younger brother about not paying our ticket! I showed my receipt several times and pointed out the man that checked us out! Harassment at its finest, not to mentioned the restaurant service sucked! Came outside several times harassing us after we showed a receipt, I will never eat here again!

When we walked in we weren’t greeted properly nor did they seem to want to serve us. We were stared at and watched the entire time we sat in. They continued to walk around our table constantly, they whispered and even had staff members coming out of the back to stare at us. Very uncomfortable and the waiter was very rude. Definitely will not be eating here again.

I just got done eating here with my family for my birthday. Whew was it good. Got the Ranchero Special and it was absolutely amazing. Shrimp chicken on a bed of rice, tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers with drizzled cheese dip over top. The service was phenomenal. Aracely was fantastic. Please ask for her. She was so sweet and attentive and was always making sure we were happy. I've always loved Senior Tequila since I was a kid but oh my gosh this was a step above.

My family and I dined in on Sunday 10/22, initially everything was fine, but after waiting for a while we noticed no one has come by to take our order, so I had to go to the podium and inform the guy that sat us down and he called a waiter to come help us. The waiter arrived and we placed our order, and again we waited and notice people that came after us already started getting their food and we didn’t, so again I went to find a staff person for help. This time the cashier came over and brought us our appetizers, she apologized and told us to waive to her if we need anything. When the food arrived one of the orders was wrong so we had to send it back, and the food wasn’t the same quality as previous visits. We were fed up with the restaurant and the lack of service we just want our bill so we can leave. When the bill arrived if wasn’t correct had to request it to be fixed twice, at which point our server Damian came and went over the bill. Aside from taking our order the only time he came to our table was to get paid, with no apology or anything for completely neglecting our table. The cashier was more apologetic of the situation. I would never visit another senior tequila location after receiving the service we got.

The ranchero special is my new favorite! My husband is so picky and it's hard to get him to try new food. He fell in love with the Steak Mexicano and has been eating it every week for a month. Always good food and fast friendly service,very affordable and big servings. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible service and customer interaction!! Placed an online order for pickup and my food was made incorrect after I put in the notes no beef or beans and it also said it on the receipt. I was told to call door dash because orders online are placed through door dash all because I wanted my food remade after they made it incorrectly. Mind you I do NOT use door dash or have an account which made it harder to get through to the correct customer support. I was told through door dash that I’d have to sign in- even though I have no account to sign in to- if I want my order remade and a dasher would deliver after I’m already at the store !!! Do not order online from then they are no help. All to have door dash ask me why am I contacting if it was made wrong because they make it harder on their PAYING customers. Highly unsatisfied !!

The restaurant is decent but they don’t wear hair nets. I found hair in my food. When confronting the waiter about the incident, they told me that they’ve had this issue happened on many accounts. Instead of compromising with me and my partner about the hair, he goes and charges us full pull with a tip of an attitude.
