Shake's Frozen Custard

Great place to come with friends and family very best, frozen custard I ever had in my life. I enjoy coming here.

This ice cream place used to be my favorite spot, but lately the service has gone downhill. Some of the employees have really bad attitudes. There’s one young lady in particular who always seems to have an attitude or gives me a crazy look every time I come here — and I have no idea why. It’s uncalled for and shows a real lack of customer service skills. If you don’t want to work or be friendly to customers, maybe this isn’t the right job.

I’m all for enjoying your job and having good comraderie with coworkers, but these guys were giving bad service because of their giggling and goofing off-very slow. The pecans were waaaay too salty, and the concretes were runny. I gave two stars because the boys were friendly.

Edit: Tried again tonight, and concretes were on point. Staff was also friendly.

This business is very unprofessional they have employees outside smoking weed and cigarettes and never taking orders. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone solely bc of the employees the ice cream is good but the employees are rude and unprofessional. They look at you with headphones on and say we don't have an intercom.

This is, without a doubt, my absolute favorite ice cream spot. Every single scoop they serve feels like a divine masterpiece, and the generous add-ons they sprinkle in are beyond words—pure little bites of heaven that make my heart sing with joy

I mean it's okay, don't expect a scoop dog experience. I can honestly say that the treats themselves are pretty meh or just boring so to speak. Flavor is crazy good. My kids didn't really finish theirs and not did the adults. And not because it was too much, just kinda meh. Staff were kinda pushy as well. Guy kept running out to the car wanting us to order. He did it 3 times and that was over the course of 2 minutes. We just ordered at window like most were doing. Staff that was inside that day didn't really say anything to you. No hi or welcome, and no bye or thanks or have a good day. Just took order and walked away, came back with order and just handed it and closed window.

It's hot and humid in LR so perfect timing to try Shake's snow cone right!?!.. right-- I ordered the large snow cone wedding cake with pineapple and it didn't make it home!!

Very good custard. This is where we go for a treat. I would highly recommend this business.
