Called First & They Did Not Answer The Phone. I Pulled Up 3 Minutes Later & They Closed 20 Minutes Early. Was Supposed To Close At 10 But Closed At 9:40. I Went To The One On West Markham & John Barrow, They Answered The Phone & My Food Was Fresh

This is the only Sharks location that I order food from. The fish and chicken is cooked very well the way its supposed to be cooked. Good quality food! Mike's a great Chef, great customer service. *Chefs kiss* 🤌🏿

I visited yesterday. I ordered the 6 piece chicken wing dinner with fries and Cole slaw. When I got home I realized I didn't have the Cole slaw. I called several times that night but no one answered. Today I stopped by to ask about my incomplete order. The young man was extremely rude. He didn't apologize for my incomplete order. I will never visit again. if you order check your food before you leave.

I bought some food from them , and it wasn't cooked all the way & the man got an attitude about my refund . Just do your research on them , they use to be Richards.

What a waste .Probably the worst place I've ever eaten. The fish tasted like burnt French fries .the portions were undersized . They got my first order messed up .one thing after another and top it off the service was horrible th e guy got attitude. I think Big Sharks is desperate atte.pt to save a business.ill take my business to the real sharks .

This place was horrible the food nasty people nasty, rude and very inappropriate they sure don't know how to treat their guest, they tried to copy the real sharks behind them by the exon but come on big shark change the name because you are no sharks. They use to be Richard’s now they “Big Sharks” I just find that weird & funny at the same time . Food was a 2/10 . I was skeptical of the area because of the location . Poor customer service.& The rumors I heard about this place made me never wanna return again.
