What is wrong with the Sharks franchise? Each one I have visited has been heavy handed with the salt shaker. They are honestly ruining their food. I DONT UNDERSTAND IT!!!! The Sherwood location has superior shrimp.

I called my order in a woman took my order she was unprofessional so I hung up on her I called back talk to a guy he placed my order...I go get my order it was wrong the lady in drive threw drinking something and texting on her phone. Staff was so unprofessional and they was so slow damn...if we pay almost 20 for a meal yall should give better service.
