I love the food. Need to update the menu online tho had me cursing these folks out cause the online menu got the wrong prices. And get more dedicated worker. Other than that I love them.

I went to Sharks on Roosevelt and Broadway a couple of weeks ago and the food was pretty good. I picked up an order there today. The fillet had so much crust on it when I picked it up it just fell off the shrimp looked like they were pre-cooked and put back in the grease to heat up and they were burnt and I took a napkin and squeeze so much grease out of the shrimp. It didn’t make sense. The only thing on the order worth eating what’s the okra she asked if I wanted a sprite and she gave me a Fago twist??????

The young lady that worked there is really nice she was so busy she was answering the phones taking orders during the drive-thru and the front counter she was real nice and the guy she was working with was in the back office doing whatever he had to do so I give her props but the food is not good the chicken wings are very small the fish no flavor. This place used to be really really good but they have really lost their taste this is my last time ever going back there again.

The lady who works the windows and takes orders is VERY kind. My bf and I took an Uber, and when we got there they were closed. The lady asked what was going on and she opened the doors for us to come in and order. That's TRUE customer service! Other stores should take notes , bc it's hard to find genuine ppl in customer service these days!!!

Gave me a whole pan of burnt chicken for $30 oh and they don’t do returns or refunds.

Very unprofessional, lots of cussing, very rude. Not satisfied at all. Not to mention the food from this location isn’t the best.

Catfish steaks were old and barely done, the food is always unseasoned at this location. My to go container smelled like burned grease before I could even open it. This sharks is by far the worst location in little Rock

I absolutely love their Gyro, they are a little expensive like I paid $26.00 for two Gyros and two drinks that didn't even come with fries. But the food was amazing still..

The staff was kind and friendly. Its time to spend some money on a remodel. The store has been the same unappealing for to many years now. Its okay to bring it current and give us a enjoyable environment in downtown Little Rock. I know you guys van do!
