This Shipley is the best donut place out here but just yesterday they were not open but on here it says they were. I made an online pickup order for 7:30 that was made around 5-ish maybe, my dad went up there to get my order and they were not open but they still took my money and I didn’t get a refund or anything so as of right now I’m very disappointed!!

I don't know what changed, but the donuts don't taste the same. This used to be my favorite Shipley's location but not anymore. I couldn't even eat the donut holes I got today because they just tasted like balls of bread. The glazed buttermilk donut was denser. It used to be light and fluffy.

They're also super generous!! The service is fast, they're family oriented and are all very, very sweet people. They gave me a handful of free donut holes with my donuts! Everytime! Just be prepared to wait in line when you go, drive-thru and indoors!! Othe4 than that, I highly recommend!
We stopped by as soon as it opened. Donuts were fresh and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

10 out of 10 as usual the Asian guy I don't know his name gets the order rite repeats your order back to your . now my wife goes here on a regular I also do the same these guys have been consistent across the board. I don't care about the price I will pay what they ask because of all of the above. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ? and I will continue to support u guys

Not a 5 star restaurant, but decent prices. Many hot items are nuked in the microwave (breakfast sandwiches, kolaches, biscuits and gravy, etc.). However, they are quick to get you in and out, and the prices are reasonable. There's definitely an English language barrier at times, but excellent service nonetheless. Be patient and say what you mean. LoL
