These workers are next level! They are fast and efficient. The store was extremely busy when I came through. I went inside to get my order and even tho they were slammed I was only there around 5 mins. Great job!

I don't know what changed, but the donuts don't taste the same. This used to be my favorite Shipley's location but not anymore. I couldn't even eat the donut holes I got today because they just tasted like balls of bread. The glazed buttermilk donut was denser. It used to be light and fluffy.

They're also super generous!! The service is fast, they're family oriented and are all very, very sweet people. They gave me a handful of free donut holes with my donuts! Everytime! Just be prepared to wait in line when you go, drive-thru and indoors!! Othe4 than that, I highly recommend!
