Best BBQ I’ve had in Arkansas. All the sides are delicious!
The Ribs are the best!!! potato salad was delicious and the cornbread with the greens was moist. my New go to for BBQ
Please don’t patronize this location (Johnbarrow). I came to this location to place an order, and apparently, the OWNER (highly unprofessional) told me my order could not be made because I asked for my chopped beef to be made like a sandwich. Are you kidding me?
At first, I thought he was playing, BUT nope this man was serious. I came here to spend my money at a black-owned restaurant, and this was the result. Never in my life have I ever experienced such foolishness...read full review

Sim's Bar-B-Que offers a variety of barbecue dishes, including rib tips, chopped brisket, and shredded beef. The barbecue sauce was described as too thin or tasting like vinegar. The coleslaw was good, but the potato salad was not as impressive. Customers mentioned that this is old school BBQ, where meat is already mixed with sauce and served on sliced bread, with lots of juice. The ribs were sometimes tough and dry, but when done right, they had a bit of crispiness on the outside from the char, while remaining juicy and tender with just the right amount of "pull." The pork had a deep flavor and greens were praised as the best ever. Service could be inconsistent; some staff were friendly and personable, while others, like the lady taking orders at the front, seemed unfriendly. Many customers appreciate the old school style and the availability of to-go orders, especially enjoying the ribs, chicken, potato salad, and baked beans. Parking and staff friendliness were also highlighted positively.
