I heard about this place from several coworkers, one morning I decided to walk over to this sandwich shop. I ordered a country bowl with gravy and it was great.
Convince is key but only if the food is good. Slicks does it right. The burgers and breakfast sandwiches are yum. My new favorite is the chicken salad. Always made to order and yummy!

Slicks is the real deal for a variety of food if you are in the downtown area. Conveniently located off of Main St, they have one of the best 1/2lb cheeseburgers you will sink your teeth into.And they are just kind folks. All the staff is very nice. I love eating there when I'm downtown.
