This location used to be good, but the service has really gone downhill. There are too many young employees standing around, staring at customers at the drive-thru instead of actually working. The lack of customer service skills is disappointing. It’s ridiculous that we spend our money here and receive this kind of treatment. I ordered a 4-piece tender plate, and it was served cold. To make matters worse, the staff looked at me like I was the problem when I said “thank you.” This place needs serious improvement in both service and attitude. This will be my last time coming back.

I really wanted to like Slim Chickens, but this was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The chicken tenders were dry and bland, with barely any breading, and the breading tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. The fries were limp and greasy, not crispy at all.
On top of that, service was slow even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, and the staff seemed more interested in talking with each other than helping customers. My order came out wrong, and when I asked about it, the response from a Madison felt dismissive instead of apologetic.
For the prices they charge, I expected fresh, flavorful food and better service. Unfortunately, Slim Chickens fell way short. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Traveling through Arkansas I see this restaurant thinkng it was going to be pleasant. But it was FAR from it. The food was mediocre. Cold and took 30 minutes to get my food. The service was par. The workers, even the management, did not care about what was going on. It is mostly kids running this business. I could have saved the money & gas to go to the McDonald's down the road.
We will make sure to avoid Slim Chickens from now on.

My wife and I come to the drive-through here quite often as we live just down the road. I have always had a good experience with the quickness of the drive-through, the pleasantness of the employees and the quality of the food. I would much rather go here than wait 25 minutes at Chick-fil-A to get a six piece nugget
Road Trip Blessing in Disguise We're on a family road trip and had an unexpected tire issue that brought us to a nearby Firestone in Little Rock. While waiting on the repair, we stumbled into Slim Chickens and honestly, it turned our whole day around. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with genuine Southern hospitality. The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere laid-back, and the food? Absolutely top-notch. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, and the dipping sauces (especially the Cayenne Ranch and Honey BBQ) were chef's kiss. My kids couldn't get enough of the tenders, and my partner and devoured the Chicken & Waffles like we hadn't eaten in days. The cherry on top? The mason jar desserts. That strawberry cheesecake jar was so good it felt illegal. What started as a stressful pit stop turned into one of the highlights of our day. Thanks, Slim Chickens, for the warm welcome, killer food, and turning a flat tire into a five-star memory.

Ordered pick up. Food wasn't ready upon arrival. The person preparing the food was eating and scratching his body. Nobody had on gloves. The chicken was very dry and tough. The sauces were decent. I don't ever have to eat here again. Slim chickens, do better!
