Ordered a salad with grilled chicken , once I started trying to eat the lettuce it was literally slimy, had wilded horribly and was so bad we had to return it. Once in the Cantrell location we were treated with such disrespect we will never go back., Not fresh or up to food standards. Beware

When they have a good crew this place is decent but they so inconsistent and make their own rules. They cook certain things when they want to and they close when they want to even-though the time says 11pm. Went today just for the staff in the drive thru to say “we closed at 10pm today!”

I had a fantastic experience at Slim Chickens on Markham! The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. There was a small issue with my order, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. Cody was especially helpful—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected and that I left completely satisfied. His customer service was outstanding and truly made the visit memorable.
Also, I have to give a special shoutout to their Oreo milkshakes—hands down the best I’ve ever had!
If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by Slim Chickens on Markham. Great food, even better service—you won’t be disappointed!

Food was terrible and looked thrown together and the fact yall won’t answer the damn phone is really pissing me off!!!!!! I spent over $50 I will be there tomorrow for a refund/ corporates phone number yall are terrible and you drowned my food in ranch I couldn’t even eat it!!!!!! I will NEVER visit this location again

This was one of the best Slim Chickens locations we have been to. The food was so fresh and good and the restaurant was clean. But the best part of the visit was the wonderful service. The employees were all SO friendly and helpful. We sat outside and had 5 kiddos cranky from a day at the zoo with us and each worker we talked to went above and beyond to make sure our meal was good. We will definitely stop by again when we are in Little Rock!
