Food was terrible and looked thrown together and the fact yall won’t answer the damn phone is really pissing me off!!!!!! I spent over $50 I will be there tomorrow for a refund/ corporates phone number yall are terrible and you drowned my food in ranch I couldn’t even eat it!!!!!! I will NEVER visit this location again

This was one of the best Slim Chickens locations we have been to. The food was so fresh and good and the restaurant was clean. But the best part of the visit was the wonderful service. The employees were all SO friendly and helpful. We sat outside and had 5 kiddos cranky from a day at the zoo with us and each worker we talked to went above and beyond to make sure our meal was good. We will definitely stop by again when we are in Little Rock!

Have you ever experienced service so bad you just drive off? That's what happened tonight. We wanted to go order a nice meal but were met by the most disrespectful, demanding woman. She rushed us the entire time, was frustrated with the slightest change, and yelled "sauce!" multiple times. I think we will just go to Canes down the road next time.

They should rename their drive thru to "drive thru and pull up". I wish I could expect just to drive through, but almost never here. I don't enjoy having to park and wait an extra 20+ minutes for fast food. Then you are put in a predicament if it is wrong and have to get out of your car and go inside, defeating the point of a drive through. I have been told to park with zero other people in line as well as 3+ other cars already parked. The other day was a 23 minute parked wait after ordering in the drive thru. They also don't always have the drinks on the menu available, only fountain drinks. It isn't a first or second occurrence, shame on me for returning.
