Ordered 6 piece lemon pepper wing combo. I could only eat half the chicken cause looked bad. Looks like they didn’t clean the blood off the chicken and fried it.

Decided to come to slim chicken and get a waffle 9:20pm wen I came the parking was empty pull the speaker and had 2 wait 5 min before ordering when the store was empty, finally ordered and pull around the window and seen the crew playing with there phones in there hand and wearing gloves and touching everything, very unprofessional!, no management

Walked in and was immediately told “if you’re picking up, ima tell you right now it’s not ready, we’re still working on all of them”. Told me to take a seat without even bothering to ask the name on my order. So we sat down for half an hour at a table that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day (they all looked like that), watching everybody who came in after us get their order brought to them at the table. I was ready to tell them to forget about it when we notice our order was actually sitting on a shelf getting cold the entire time, which they would’ve known if they had taken 1 second to ask what my order was. I’ve been to many different Slim’s locations but will never step foot in this one after this terrible experience.

Popped in here for a quick lunch sit down and I was blown away. After we ordered our food, got our drinks, and found our table, the food was already coming out to us. I ordered the wings and tenders and my buddy just got tenders. The food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Best meal I've ever had from a slims. I was very impressed. If I ever find myself in this part of town again, I will definitely be stopping in for another bite.

I waited 5 minutes at drive thru to order tonight but no one came on speaker. When I drove pass the window people were working or more like playing around instead. Weird. Terrible customer service. Place looks dirty and ghetto. I won't be going back. Yuck.
We came here for lunch and arrived at around 12:25. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. The chicken was fresh and hot, but the fries were old, room temperature. I ordered the slims meal and they forgot my slims sauce. I went to the front to ask for it and was told they didn’t have any slime sauce prepped. People were coming back from the drive thru saying they didn’t receive any sauce. I would not come back here. I feel bad because the lady working the register was extremely hard working and honestly seemed overworked. She was clearly stressed but was keeping a great attitude.

The lady who served me was very kind and patient (I appreciate when they know that I don't speak English and they repeat things, they use Google translate and don't get angry) however: the tables are very dirty, the soda tastes very bad, I ordered a combo and my potatoes were missing because they simply forgot to give them to me. The taste is not bad, but it is not the best.Maybe, when I finished getting to know the places I want to see, I'll give them another chance.

I love the food...when it's correct and fresh.Reason for one star is the rude female that every single time I say thank you I get uh-huh like for real you don't know how to have proper customer service?!Also when someone orders and PAYS FOR ranchThey expect their ranch. Read the order. It says I paid for two. So why do I have to ask for it and then you rudely just throw me one?!?!I've worked in fast food before I get it it'd stressful but when customers tell you thank you the least you could do is acknowledge them!!
