My wife rates the wings 5 out of 10 I rate them 2 out of 10 needs more seasoning prior to cooking.
My wife rates the Mac &cheese 5 out of 10 I rate it 2 out of 10 , it lacks texture and it was over cooked!

This Slim Chickens is always great. Customer service is always top-notch. The food is fresh and delicious. I really can't say enough about the friendly staff. 5 stars all the way!
The younger gentleman named Freddy was very rude and impolite. He was mumbling nasty remark under his breath, moving very slowly, acting very agitated that there were customers even in the store.

We walked in tonight at 7:00 for dinner. There was no one in the drive thru. There were groups of people who had clearly been waiting awhile for their food. We stood at the register for over 5 minutes and not one employee greeted us or even acknowledged we were there. We ended up walking out. We frequent this location a lot for lunch and it’s always great. The night shift leaves much to be desired.

We always get Chicken Tenders - impressed they are usually always great tasting with moist texture. This is the only restaurant we have found that is consistent. Great sauces too.
Once again, this place is absolutely disgusting! ? Every table had a drop of ketchup on the corner, indicating they hadn't been cleaned at all. This isn't the first time I've encountered no clean tables and food everywhere. Despite multiple attempts to contact corporate, nothing seems to change. To make matters worse, employees were using speakerphones in the lobby instead of taking calls in a more appropriate manner for a place of business. This level of negligence is unacceptable.

I stopped for a chicken dinner last night and waited in line for approx. 15 minutes. When I eventually made it to the order area after waiting 5 minutes an employee asked me to please hold. The menu was dysfunctional and had a strobe light flashing so bright I had to put my sunglasses on. 15 minutes later the employee came back on the intercom and told me they were not taking anymore orders due to short staffing. This is the third time I have sat in a non-moving line at this location this year. I've always loved slim's- was my go to place back in Fayetteville. The service at this location has been miserable.

Husband wanted to surprise me with a mother's day shake. Was handed a cup that was HALF full. He asked why it wasn't filled to top and was given a LAME excuse that didn't make sense. Will NOT be back at the Chenal Pkwy Slim Chickens. Food was not great and the shake was bland. Avoid this one.
