I consistently patronize this establishment due to the good food served in a decent time frame. The restaurant inside and out is clean and this is one of the very few restaurant in this category where it actually feels comfortable to dine in while enjoying the delicious chicken tenders. The staff is nice and Slim Chickens is definitely selective when hiring its staff which is definitely appreciated in this day and time. Thanks Slim!

Food was mediocre. Not the best chicken place in town. Wouldn't recommend. The service was awful. The chicken sandwich breast was uncooked in some parts and was smaller than usual. Proportions were too little, there were barely any fries. 1/10 better off going to another chicken place or any restaurant. Too expensive for what it's worth.

Haven’t had Slims in a few years, but being 8 months pregnant I got a huge craving. Unfortunately, it was such a sad experience. The drive-thru had a HORRIBLE smell, and we ended up waiting 20 minutes for fresh chicken to be cooked. When we finally got our food, the chicken strips were the tiniest I’ve ever seen, and the fries were soggy. I used to love Slims, but if this is the new normal, I won’t be back. :(

$40 worth of uncooked chicken. Long line of cars and I guess safety goes out the window to try to move orders. Health department needs to shut this place down. At least my dogs got something to eat

I went through the drive through the other day and noticed a really foul smell while I was waiting for my food. I looked over and the dumpster is right beside the drive through window. Idk whose idea it was to put the trash bin there, but it was a bad idea!!

I ordered chicken tenders meal with a sweet tea. I received a coke, cold fries and somewhat warm chicken. The bread smelled like a dirty towel. I ordered the ice cream in a jar and it was too sweet to eat it. I won't go back.

Disappointing Every Single Time
Every time I’ve visited Slim Chickens off Chenal, it’s been a letdown. The wait is always longer than it should be, and the staff acts like it’s a hassle just to take your order. I don’t like feeling like an inconvenience for showing up to support a business. I want to be greeted by people who actually care about delivering good food and service — that’s not what you get here.
The inconsistency is just as frustrating. Ask for Slim Sauce? They’re out. Want ranch? Also out. It’s like they’ve never managed to be fully stocked or prepared, no matter when I come in. That lack of care bleeds through everything they do.
It’s unfortunate, because I do like the food — or at least the idea of it. But the culture and attitude at this location are seriously lacking. The whole vibe is unwelcoming, unmotivated, and just plain off. This isn’t what good customer service should look like, and it shouldn’t be the norm in any industry.

We visited March 2025. We wanted to try somewhere that we haven't tried and that wasn't back home. Everything was great. Food was seasoned just right. The establishment was not trashy looking. The cashier Derrick was really nice. He gave us on what to try for our first time and he wasn't wrong. Also music was playing and it went with the theme of the place. Also got a free chocolate chip brownie for doing a survey.
