Their dining room is always closed earlier than their posted hours and the drive thru takes FOREVER. I just waited at 10pm for over 20 minutes for chicken fingers with 1 car ahead of me.The only redeeming quality here is that the food is good.

Fries were okay but soggy. The chicken tenders were extremely small for the price and the bread tasted like grease. Cane's and Chick-Fil-A would be better options. Convenience is the only reason we stopped here.

After a Costco trip, I went through the drive-thru to get fried okra. I needed to replace the memory of a bad batch at Slim Chickens in Cabot on Sunday. 1 of the drive-thru lanes was shutdown; so, I used the other one. When I pulled up to order, the girl in the drive-thru told me that I needed to park & come inside to place my order. The guy at the register had no idea what was going on, but I wasn't the only one who was told to come inside. While waiting for my order, I saw a guy pull up to the drive-thru window because no one answered him when he tried to order. The girl never came to the window. Anyway, the register guy was amazing...friendly, apolgetic, & gave me a discount for my trouble. On top of that, he made sure that the order was hot & had a bit extra in the box because it took a long time for it to be ready...people before & after me got their full orders while I stood their waiting, & the register guy had to check on the status of my okra order a couple times. He is the only reason I awarded the location 4 stars. I don't know what was going on in the back that day, but it was communicated with him, & he did his best to make up for it. I greatly appreciated his effort to compensate for the inconvenience of having to ditch the drive-thru to place my order inside & for waiting longer than what was necessary to receive my order of fried okra.

It was very busy there today. It was around 1 pm on a Sunday. Everything was hot when they brought it out, so that's a plus.

I made a mistake and made my online order to another Slim's. They were so kind to try and call other store but could not reach them. a storm was moving in and this sweet staff said no worries and made my order. They were so kind. 2/22/24 around 6 m.

Meh. It was ok. Nothing that makes me want to go back.I lied. I went back and I mean it this time nope not doing this again. The buffalo wings were tasteless and the tenders had an old grease burnt taste. Now the service is some of the best around. You can't ask for better service, but you can ask for better food.

I had to call the store phone number just for someone to take my order in the drive thru. Prior to calling I waited at the menu, then drove around the window but was ignored. I went back through the and waited in line AFTER I spoke to someone saying that they would be taking orders through the drive thru. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else because no one came over the speaker. Only getting service in a drive thru after calling the store and asking someone to get on the mic & take your order?? WILD
