I went in on Nov 10th and everyone was so nice and helpful and told them how I had a previous bad experience with the store in Ruston LA ... So the owner himself came to talk to me and apologized which of course it's not his fault he wasn't even there! He is as such a nice man!! But the treatment I got at this location was so great the toast and smoothie I got was the best and I can't wait to be able to go back again!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Smoothie King location. The employee named Kellie treated me rudely and unprofessionally. She showed no interest in helping, had an unfriendly attitude, and made the entire visit uncomfortable. I’ve never had this issue before at Smoothie King, but this experience left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t experience the same treatment.

The Peanut Power Plus from Smoothie King is hands-down my favorite smoothie anywhere. It’s the perfect mix of rich peanut butter flavor, creamy texture, and just the right amount of sweetness. Let me start saying this: The place is amazing, very accessible for people with limitations, pet friendly, kids friendly, not only that parking lot is a must. The crew are amazing and they are my friends because I go there frequently. The owner Gabriel is a very friendly person and welcomes you with a sparkling smile. The product, simply to die for, from the smoothies to the bowls everything is extremely full of flavor and the best no sugar. I recommend this place a million times 10 if I coul. 👏👏👏👏

I have been here plenty of times but am done with this location. The food is actually so good, and usually I have a good experience with employees. However, an employee named Madelyn messed up our order then gave me complete hostility and attitude when I asked her to remake it, I’ve never had this issue in the past and am very disappointed. I hope others have a better experience. EDIT: The employee in question has since been fired and I have had zero issues with anyone else here! They are all awesome and kind to everyone who walks in!

Everything is ok smoothie wise but one thing I noticed is some of the employees have their hair down and flowing. I actually saw one the employee’s hair dangling around the blender she was holding and was glad she wasn’t making my drink. Please be cute some other way and pull your hair back in a ponytail!

I am a musician and am on the way to SXSW in Austin from NYC (ÅNGEL 004). I stopped and met the nicest staff members who helped me with my perfect order. As a musician, it’s tough being on the road and not having proper nutrients, but every time I stop at smoothie King it’s great. Also, Madeline, who works at this specific store was so so helpful and kind and helping make sure my order was perfect. Highly recommend!
