Don’t waste your Time. This is the third time in a month I’ve come by before work for a Damn coke and it’s been north of a 20 minute wait and the last time I waited they still got a simple order WRONG how hard can it be!! The app literally lays it out for these people. Hope they close up shop. This place doesn’t deserve to be open. I was so annoyed I drive off and left maybe someone else can have my drink in an hour when it’s finally ready!

After being charged for cheese sauces that is depicted with the pretzel, got my food and the sauce had a puncture mark in the top of the container, the cheese had set do how long the hole had been made. Sonic, please do better if you are going to up charge please provide good food to your customers.

I would avoid this location if at all possible. The food was fine but the service was subpar.

I ordered two drinks (a root beer and a cherry limeade) and two snacks for pickup. When I arrived at the location, there were only 3-4 other customers there. When my order arrived, it appeared like there were two root beers, with the cherry limeade missing. When I questioned the car hop about it, she apologized and retreated back to the restaurant to remake the drink. When she returned the second time, the drink was still wrong, looking as if she dumped half of the root beer out and filled it back up with limeade. When I questioned her about it, she insisted that it was a limeade (it was clearly not). Though she continued to argue that it was a cherry limeade, I asked her to remake it. Visibly flustered, she reluctantly made it a third time. This time, it looked right and I accepted the drink. Upon drinking it, I was disappointed again, discovering that it was missing the lime. If this location cannot get a signature drink correct, I fear what else may not be up to par. (Order #1000337271265)

Horrible went there someone took my order on the speaker then when I got to the window nobody knew my order I had to tell the lady my order twice at the window then I had to wait 30 minutes for cold food very unprofessional food was disgusting

It was a packed Friday so I did not expect a fast delivery. Every stall is full, etc.
But Zacaria (please forgive me if I don't spell it correctly) was so fast and so kind to me and my boys as she delivered our order. The staff is always very kind here, even if they are busy. ❤️
