I want to like this place, and it’s conveniently placed next to downtown but they take forever. It’s not uncommon to wait upwards of 15-20 mins.

Asked for a specific number of condiments when ordered, asked again when brought food out, had to push the button to ask again, then they brought out the correct number of one but none of the other, when brought out the other they brought 11, I only asked for 3 of each (I had a large mozzarella and a corn dog). I pull out my corn dog to eat it and it is burned, not brown, the dog is black where it was nuked in a microwave. Disgusting! I can deal with a nuked corn dog, but not a burned one.

Went to sonic on Friday night and could not get my food the staff was so busy watching the police that they could not take orders this make no sense and the supervisor instead of her leading them the right direction she was watching the police as well instead of taking orders this sonic is the worst one in the city everyone should be fired and they need to do a rebuild or close for good

Pickup stall numbers aren't valid in the app, vagrants are lurking during business hours, and the app is extremely buggy and requires data to be cleared to use Google Pay.

I got scammed by the young man who took my drink order. He gave me the cost & when I gave him my money he had rounded it up to the nearest dollar & did not give me my coins. I don't believe they were ringing the purchases up as there were 3 of them back there and they were exchanging the money amongst themselves. They also forgot the lime & the cherry. I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office as well as other business watch groups.

I just left Sonic, and I would like to shout out Ciera at this location. She went out of her way to make sure my order was correct; she was pleasant and such a joy from answering the call button to bringing out my order! She really made my day better. I wish I could make sure her boss knows how well she treats their customers. Thank you again Ciera!

We paid for extra Reese’s Sonic Blast and the Blast was basically plain vanilla ice cream. When we told the worker and asked for more Reese’s he said no.

Also, they wrote “666” on all the drinks…

This Sonic used to be good but they have a new manager and service us horrible now. If you order ahead on the app be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for your order AFTER you arrive! Definitely NOT fast food.

This place is falling apart. 5-6 car slaps are usually out of order - not working. . Many credit cards traders work half the time I go. Place is way overdue for an upgrade for the amount of business they do. I live right nearby wish they would fix everything

It is 6:29 I ordered two Coney's combos. The tots were made in old grease and they were cold☹️. The cokes were good? Not much chili on the Coney eather.
