This is the first Sonic I've seen with an inside lobby which was really trippy. Unfortunately the lobby was closed but the drive thru was still open. The food was very warm and tasty and everything was correct. Can't complain!

UPDATE- FOUND SOMETHING BLUE IN MY FOOD. IS THIS A PART OF THE COOKS GLOVES?? DO NOT EAT HERE. Just left about 5 minutes ago. Waited 15 minutes for one order of tots. Several women walked passed me without bothering to greet me as I stood waiting for my order to be taken. A young lady with locs finally walked to the register to greet me along with a lady working orders outside. The person behind me received their order before me. As I stood waiting while being ignored by the cooks, the young lady that rang me up asked the lady on the line to drop my tots. Instead of making the order, she proceeded to argue with the lady at the register about "what SHE thought I asked for". When my order was done, she walked up and dropped the bag then stormed away. I have never seen such anger and horrible customer service for a simple order of tots. Spoke to a manager named Karlee, told her what happened and she did not seem to care, didnt even give an apology. She even hung up in my face. I won't be back at this location ever again.

Food was overcooked, but the real issue is the state of the facility. The cash register was partly broken, the dining room was dirty and the restroom was a total mess and needs a total makeover . If that is how the areas open to the public are, you have to wonder what the kitchen is like.

I was told I couldn't get a refill on a RB recharger right after I checked Sonic's website to see if you could get a refill, which said yes. No big deal, but it was a let-down. I assumed it was a no, so I checked, but the food was good.
Amazing Sonic. I made a mistake on a mobile order and called before I arrived to have it fixed. My order ended up being just how I wanted it. Jeff and crew run a great store!

It is one of the best sonic locations that I have ever visited I'm not a big fan of sonic ( I went with some coworkers on our meal break) and to my surprise it was delicious and the atmosphere was excellent I highly recommend the sonic that is on Cantrell which is location here in Little Rock
