What ever happened to the person working drive through, car hopping drink only orders in the line? I have to wait 10 mins for ONE DRINK????? ESPECIALLY IF ITS PREPAID!!!!

Placed an online orderat 10:30 and then sat in the stall for 20min while it said our order is on the way. Then a worker comes out and tells us they ALWAYS close the stalls at 10 and you have to go through the driveway. Not how this works but even so why the HELL, DID NOT A SINGLE WORKER SAY ANYTHING WHEN WE CHECKED IN AT THE STALL. Then we had to wait in the drive through and our food was cold bc they let it sit out for 30min by the time we actually got it. Terrible service.

If you come here just go through the drive thru. They prioritize that line instead of the people that place an order 20 minutes ago for a milkshake and a slushie. P.s. milkshake was liquid (not thick at all). Just dont come here at all.

2025 edit: why can’t enough people be scheduled that using the order ahead feature is actually useful? 15 minutes for a drink I ordered 25 minutes ago is wild. I’ve waited here so long over the years I should be an honorary employee.
The order ahead feature shouldn't be allowed at this location, I've now been here for 20 minutes and my food is still being 'prepared'.

Music Is My Remedy

Always loved sonic, awsome staff and good managers. Quick service. Some issues with the drive through microphone but I am sure they are aware. Also some of the pull in order menue boards are dangerously loose and need to be tightened down or fixed. But other than that it's a great place to go!

Genuinely the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I waited over 45 minutes for just a drink, and the person taking my order was extremely rude. Literally everyone that works here needs to lose their jobs.

Ordered two of the unicorn slushes through the app solely to get the special straws. Was told when we got there they didn’t have any of the straws, and there’s very little whip cream on the drink. Wish there was a way for them to tell us if they’re out of certain things

Went thru the drive thru the evening of 5-22-25. Placed an order, sat there a few minutes waiting on the guy to tell me the total. He stopped answering so I pulled forward waited another 10 minutes for the guy at the window to tell me he didn't have my ticket order. I left with nothing.
