I placed a mobile order and my food was wrong also I was missing food. When I went back up there for the second time to let the employee know my food was messed up and I was missing food she instantly caught a attitude I could see it all over her face her whole facial expression came she start looking confused, eyes getting big, throwing her hands in the air claim she doesn’t remember making my food. She then ask me for her receipt and i told her she didn’t give me a receipt but i do have the online mobile order receipt. I’m not sure if she was the only one working there tonight I didn’t see anyone else in there besides her i did ask to speak to someone else just to find out she was the manger (couldn’t believe it) she proceeded to ask me if I had the bag for the kids meal that I was missing the chicken strips out of. Of course i didn’t have the bag my daughter ate the fries what you wanted me to bring an empty bag??? Why would I come back up there for chicken strips, for you to replace my breakfast burrito that was original order as bacon but I got sausage frito chili pie chips were stale & chili was OLD! She had such a nasty attitude about it didn’t, she didn’t bother to offer to fix anything when I ask about getting my money back she claim I have to reach out to someone in the app to get a refund! I wish I would’ve got her name she definitely wasn’t helpful !!! I just don’t understand I get it can be overwhelming working late night at a fast food barley got staff but to have an attitude with someone about food they paid for is RIDICULOUS!!!!

I used the app this morning to pick up an order. I had 20 mins to be at work that is 3 minutes up the road. Checked in and didn't receive my order for 25 minutes!! I watched other come and go after my arrival. I even stopped a carhop at the 15 minute mark. They apologized and said they would have my order right out... not the case. In fact, they had completely forgotten about my order. I know this because I asked another carhop how much longer. They had no idea I was waiting on an order....really?! I was 15 minutes late to work. They didn't care. My first and last time to visit this location. Didn't even compensate for my troubles. They suck.

I would give the service a 1 if I could, all because of ONE female. I come to this sonic frequently, however every time I come if I get this particular server she is horrible. Never speaks, never says hello, doesn’t repeat the order back, doesn’t ask if condiments are needed. She literally just walks up to the car and hands you your items. Even when you say thank you, she doesn’t respond. If that’s her attitude, she needs to work in the kitchen, AWAY from people. I guarantee she never gets any tips or good reviews before of her whole demeanor. It’s not hardly to smile or even pretend to be friendly. She is African American, slightly chubby and has her natural hair out. She was there on Wednesday, Nov 20th around 10:30 am.

Worst sonic in little rock by far. The last 3 times I have been here I have mobile ordered leaving my house (8 minute drive) and still expect to sit here 10+ minutes waiting on my food. Highly recommend going to the one at the bottom of cantrell here. I sit here typing this on my 15th minute of waiting for a corn dog and small fry

I’m really disappointed with the quality of this Sonic location. It’s just this one, as I’ve always loved Sonic, but the Rodney Parham store has declined significantly in every way over the past few years. I’ve started going to the Sonic on Cantrell instead.

Quick and convenient, fresh made to order. Hate that most of the stalls don't work for the credit and debit cards. Love the soft twist pretzels which is why I go so often within a week
One of my go-to stops for drinks while out working. This location is pretty quick. After 11am, I use the app to get half price drinks. They have the best fast food iced tea.
