Idk if an manger or not i was picking up a DoorDash for an customer they had drinks and he didn’t want to provide me a cup holder to put them DoorDash don’t provide cup holders for us and it was rude telling me I’m just a delivery I’m not an customer it doesn’t matter they will need an cup holder so they drinks won’t fall in my car and I had to go us pizza to get an cup holder due him not giving me one

Clever Girl

Terrible place. Dirty food, rude and very impolite crew. I had more than 3 issues and they shook they shoulders and left me without nothing. I really don't recommend. The last time the lady yelled at me because I complained that my cup of milshake was very dirty and dripping. She just threw the cup on my lap and left.

SONIC Is JUST Sonic.
It Once had FAST Service. Unfortunately now a couple of its employees are less concerned about getting our orders out to us in the Fast Tradition that was at one time Sonic Drive-In's LEGACY and at one time Every Order WAS DELIVERED By A CAR-HOP on Roller Skates.
Justa Sayin'. But anyway. The Food is good although a bit Pricey for what you get, but just Blame That On COVID Like Ezryone Else is doing. L'ingOL

Placed an online orderat 10:30 and then sat in the stall for 20min while it said our order is on the way. Then a worker comes out and tells us they ALWAYS close the stalls at 10 and you have to go through the driveway. Not how this works but even so why the HELL, DID NOT A SINGLE WORKER SAY ANYTHING WHEN WE CHECKED IN AT THE STALL. Then we had to wait in the drive through and our food was cold bc they let it sit out for 30min by the time we actually got it. Terrible service.

If you come here just go through the drive thru. They prioritize that line instead of the people that place an order 20 minutes ago for a milkshake and a slushie. P.s. milkshake was liquid (not thick at all). Just dont come here at all.

2025 edit: why can’t enough people be scheduled that using the order ahead feature is actually useful? 15 minutes for a drink I ordered 25 minutes ago is wild. I’ve waited here so long over the years I should be an honorary employee.
The order ahead feature shouldn't be allowed at this location, I've now been here for 20 minutes and my food is still being 'prepared'.
