I’ve avoided this location for a while because I was regularly disappointed with the service. Today my craving for chili-cheese tots forced me to give them another try and something has changed! The food was delivered with in a couple minutes of my check in.. It was hot and fresh. The car hops were hustling and very friendly. If the service stays like this I’ll go back not frequently. (Jade was my car hop if management is reading this and wants to do something nice for her)

We 1st went through drive through a guy asked for my order and never came back w a repeat so I'm sitting there saying HELLO, HELLO, repeatedly he never comes back to me all the time I can here him say I'm sick of this sxxxxx and these folks crazy as xxxxxx. So, we pulled around to a stall there were about 6 cars behind us. We ordered our server was great. I added 3 ? stars plus one more star because of our server. And, they need to buy or make more ONION RINGS each time we visit from pine bluff to little rock after my Dr appointment we would stop at sonic and they never have onion rings .....

I placed a mobile order ahead of time. Pulled into a stall signed in and waited 20 mins for my order. When it came it was missing sauce. Asked for sauce wait another 5 minutes, couldn’t wait any more and had to leave because it was my 30 min lunch break. This was after calling in twice to get my order. This is a terrible location because when I pulled up there were only 3 vehicles in the parking lot and nobody in the drive thru. In the amount of time that I sat there and waited two cars on both sides of me, pulled up, ordered at the stall and left before I got my mozzarella sticks with ‘no sauce by the way’. My order was 3 small mozzarella sticks by the way. Save your lunch money for somewhere else people.

This store is rude and stopped taking orders at 9:45 when it says the store closes at 11:00 they told us drive through only went through the drive through they never came to the speaker all the calls drove off when I last by the window the guy was just standing there as if he just wanted us to drive off this all happen today 10-28-23 its 9:48 pm

This place stinks. The food was horrible. The Onion Rings were not cooked all the way and very soggy. The chicken tenders had been cooked over and was hard as a rock. The bread you could use as a frisbee!! Never go there if I was you.

Only brought out half my order the first time. I ordered off the app, two combo was right, and 2 others were wrong. I had asked for no cheese, got cheese, even checked and told them it's wrong, and they didn't correct. Then, I ordered a crisp chicken sandwich and got a slidder. I asked for condiments and received none. I ordered a cherry limeade, just cherry and lime flavor. What happened yo the cherry and limes?I received a coupon for a free drink. I just want my food correct. I won't be back.
