I ordered a number three and they gave me to something totally different on toast and no I wouldn't recommend it because it wouldn't any good they messed up my order

Missing All of my condiments, none of them were put in here, but 2 salts that's it, I asked for mustard.
And ranch, dressing and did not get either.

Honestly, I have enjoyed Sonic in the.past, but the people who work their can be very rude, with mistakes with your order, so please check it before you leave, Fast food has gotten so bad, until I rather eat cheerios than go out to eat and spend money on something that I am not happy with. So, I don't go to Sonic often. I like I use too.

Not gonna leave a low star review, but corporate really needs to whip this place into shape. Not the worst Sonic in the area by a long shot, but a stronger commitment to the aesthetic sides of the Sonic brand would make this place way the heck better.

On July 6th, I placed an order on Sonic app. It was a route 44 in Bryant. I did change my location but still had the location on 8100 Geyer Springs Rd, Little Rock, AR 72209. So I called immediately because I was in Bryant, Arkansas instead of Little Rock. I explained to the person that I am in Bryant instead of Little Rock and told him that the Sonic app gave me trouble changing my location. The young man said he would canceled it and to reorder in Bryant. So i did. So I notice it was not back on my card, Monday, July 8th. So when I called to the Sonic on Geyer Springs I was sent to a manager who was female on July 8th and was told that I needed to go to the Sonic app but couldn't give me details on how to lookup customer service phone number or Sonic headquarters to see if the refund was sent back to my card. I asked the manager for her name and she hung up in my face. I did call OK headquarters and spoke with a Samantha, customer service reps who was very nonchalant and told me she didn't see a refund and that it would take 7 to 10 days. Well, I asked Samantha if I could go back to get the drink at Sonic on Geyer Springs instead of receiving the refund. Samantha told me that I needed to speak with the manager there to get the offer. I also put in another report in about the manager who was not nice and humg up the phone on me. So I called and spoke to a young lady named Shakira who would not listen and hung up on me 3 times. So I went up there myself to Sonic and asked for the district manager number. Brock who was in a manager position took care me and gave me my drink. I am not sure if I want to deal with the people except Brock who was nice to me. That is why so many people go thru the app. Very rude and nasty people when trying to explain your situation who will not listen.
