I believe on Tuesday or Wednesday last week, my wife and I stopped by for a bite. We ordered our food. About several minutes later, Jacuub the carhop guy started harassing me. This guy doesn't know me from shit. I wanted to kick his ass, but my wife stopped me. This boy, needs to be re-educated on manners.

Went at 10pm to grab a pickup order and all the stalls were closed. I pulled around after waiting in line for half an hour and the workers were INCREDIBLY rude. The whole point of pickup orders is it's ready when you arrive to grab and go, and not only did I wait over half an hour but then had to deal with rudeness because I wanted my order I already paid for.

The drive through is constantly forgetting anything and everything in your meal. If it’s not one thing it’s the other. They are also never answering the speaker when you pull up. This has been the third time where they will say nothing and I will be at the speaker while the whole line is dwindling away. And then for another 10 min you will be sitting there saying hello every five seconds. Then when you pull up to the window and ask if there is something wrong with the speaker they say no. Then when you voice your concerns they don’t acknowledge it and say “what can I get you” with an attitude. Worst sonic IMO. And also while you’re waiting in line, you go to a stall to order and the other cars behind you have already ordered in the app because it’s been so slow they pull into the mobile order stalls.

I enjoy Sonics. For what it's worth, it deserves 👏. I do have concerns from time to time such as the app, the options for ordering, although often unhealthy, it really hits the spot before or after any activity. I have not had much of a bad experience at this sonic other than forgetting my sauces for things like cheddar peppers and pretzel.
I should always check my bag for the right items. I am so thankful, proud, and often shocked what some of these workers have to put up with. This Sonic and Arch St is top-notch, in my opinion.

I was so disappointed when me & my mother took advantage (via text message to us) of their .99 cents corndogs for that day only, all day! Great right, !? Wrong. Maybe it's me but I remember their corn dogs being pretty darn good, with a plump weiner and freshly fried with wonderful batter that was freshly dropped in the fryer and served to you still so hot you had to give it a minute to goggle it up like you want to!! The bread is a big part and can ruin even a decent weiner (it's the hotdogs of course, I just enjoy throwing Weiner out there!).
So final senario-- we ate some attempt at a GREAT corn dog FROM SONIC--but it was definitely not fresh, the breading was thinner & more greasy than flavored or anything with a spongy feel & a small little chewy weiner. 🤭

I used to love anything and everything Sonic had to offer. They were a little more pricey back in the day, when I was growing up, compared to the dollar menu offered at all the other fast foods joints (except Wendy's I'd say & awesome little roadside dairy bars or an A&W!)
So, conclusion is they have definitely went down on size and quality of their once wonderfully prepared & served to you by a waiter in roller skates selections.
Still not horrible.

The food, if you get it is fine. Ordered online with the app. The app said ready in five minutes. I have sat here for over 15 minutes. No excuse for this. If you're looking for quick, don't go there. They aren't going to get in a hurry either.

Missing All of my condiments, none of them were put in here, but 2 salts that's it, I asked for mustard.
And ranch, dressing and did not get either.
