Delivery was nice but ordering was low in volume and put for cash payment after we pushed card. He walked in to pay. They shorted a fry, then gave the missing one not even half full. Gave up and left.

Ordered a brownie blast with added caramel drizzle and hot fudge….. no brownie pieces, no caramel or hot fudge drizzle… not even a blast. I got a chocolate shake with like pepper sized flakes of chocolate pieces. Couldn’t have even been a teaspoon. I paid extra on door dash for the add ons. My husband got the Reese’s peanut butter cup blast… it was a vanilla blast with half a tablespoon of the crumbs of Reese’s mixed into like the top inch of the blast so it looked like it had something in it. At least his was actually a blast. Route 44 was like 2 inches from the top. It’s a drink…. quit being stingy. This is just pure laziness. We got 4 drinks. If you can’t add some candy or brownie pieces and pumps of sugar into ice cream and put a lid on it, go be a Walmart greeter. Quit hiring lazy and incompetent employees who don’t care about their job and try to cut corners at a fast food place. Ridiculous.

Update: I found 1 brownie piece.

The French fries taste like everything grease the burger cheese not melted wha a waste of money TERRIBLE. 🤢 🤮 YOU MIGHT GET SICK FOOD TASTES LIKE DIRTY GREASE THEY NEVER CHANGE !!!!

The Sonic on Geyer Springs Rd is the absolute worst I've ever been too . I love love love sonic I buy a bag and a rt44 cup of ice daily and during the summer I make 2 stops a day for 4 rt 44 cups of ice , I have ptsd and really bad anxiety and the ice is my calming focus . But twice now I've stopped on Geyer Springs at that one and I am still currently sitting on my 2nd trip and just like the 1st six cars when I pulled in and I pull into a stall and press the button and I'm about to press it for the 3rd time because the time runs out and NO ONE ANSWERS for my order , this is some BS I have NEVER ever had this issue EVER at ANY sonic before . Have you guys ever heard of secret shoppers , well this particular branch will always remember because you aren't ranking well, but please don't take my word for it , just wait and see.

My favorite place to eat in Searcy. Great people and wonderful service. I am there every day getting rout 44 sprite slushy. One younger lady must have been having bad day and she hit my door with drink and busted cup pouring sprite in my car. She was mad and I didn't understand why. But I just went on and said have a good day. The rest of the people are just so kind. See you soon 😊

I will drive to any other sonic than go to this one. Waited 15 minutes in a drive thru line, just to get to the window and have to wait 10 more minutes. I FINALLY get my deluxe cheeseburger order and there’s no cheese. I drive around and have to wait 15 more minutes just to talk to someone. THIS SONIC WILL TAKE YOUR ENTIRE LUNCHBREAK

Went to sonics bc Mc Ds in 2 locations were closed and burger king. Told them the situation Mark said we love to make money here so we got you. Then I said we'll I have a 85 thousand dollar truck and I dont like to eat in it he said man we be right out to wipe down a table and bring your food right out... WAY TO GO SONICS

They kept trying to give me the wrong order and when they gave me the my order they didn’t follow instructions correctly. I wanted cheese on my burger and they didn’t put it on there. The service is very below standard.

I saw a commercial for the new Toffee Coffee and wanted to try it. I pulled into a stall and placed a mobile order. A few minutes later a carhop walked by and asked if I had mobile order. Told her I did. It came up on the screen that someone was bringing the order out. I then watched as the carhop made 3 trips in and out to another car with nothing on the tray. I pushed the button to inquire about the coffee. No one answered the speaker. After about a 30 minute wait I decided I would drive thru and see if I could get the coffee there. Then after waiting in drive thru another 20 minutes I was told by the employee that because it was a mobile order I needed to wait in the stall for someone to bring it out. Told him I had been waiting for over 20 minutes and no one answered the speaker. He gave me the coffee and said they were short staffed.
It shouldn’t take nearly an hour just to get a coffee.

Our first problem was they couldn't find my daughter's order she made and paid for online. They finally found it, got the drink wrong twice. The smasher burgers looked someone smashed them on the floor and just threw them on the bun ,the groovy fries were soggy. That's my last visit to sonic, I should have went to the taco truck
