Had a wonderful experience with the manager here My iced coffee was disgusting The manager let me know if they change the recipe and that it would definitely taste different he had no problems making me a new drink and the bacon on my burrito was burnt he also replaced it replaced my whole order and made it to a combo and was very polite and nice and came out to the car with a positive attitude

If I was able to give a zero I would. I did not receive the correct order. I ordered a foot long coney with tater tots and a drink. What I received were chili pie no tater tots. I will NEVER go back. Employees were not friendly either.

Why is this location still open ? When i get off work i be craving a cherry limeade slush and they take forever . Just to get my drink with no limes & no cherrys ?Whats the point of doing an order ahead if i have to wait 30 mins for one drink . Especially in the morning when theyre slow .

I ordered through the app after work and I was greeted at the window by the new manager Chelsea. She made me feel welcome with her smile, she was friendly, and we shared a laugh which was exactly what I needed after a long stressful day at work.She said a mistake was made with my order but it actually worked in my favor. She asked me if I was ok with the mistake and later said sometimes people get really upset. To me, it all depends on how the message is sent - she was so genuinely friendly with me that there's no way I could have been upset. That moment of honest care for me as the customer means a lot. In the past it wasn't the case, so I'm very happy to know that level of service has returned.She didn't know but I was really stressed and got the red bull slush to make sure I would have the energy to drive home. Chelsea's persona lifted my mood and energy before I even took a sip. That little nice welcome and treating someone like you want to be treated, that is what truly keeps customers coming back.
