Love coming here and just enjoying the taste of the food and drinks. Even though at times they are really busy… it’s worth it sometimes to just be patient.

Absolutely horrible! Should have known we first pulled in. Outside was filthy and trash can were full of garbage...it was only 11am. Shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but in this case the cover tells the whole story. Only ordered drinks, which were packed with ice and very little drink. Paid in cash, and took fifteen minutes to get some of our change back. The staff looked disheveled and dirty. NEVER AGAIN!

Are order was placed and we received our food in a timely manner. The lady who brought our food was moving extremely fast you would have thought she was on roller skates.

None of the card readers work ever. Like everyone knows Sonic makes enouph to replace or fix them. It sucks giving the person my debit card and not having the conveniences of just pay and go. Plus half the screens don't work it makes this place look poor when it's on a really nice road and area to be. Someone needs to fix this place so it better matches the area.

I stopped at the Sonic as i was driving through and the staff was the most professional and polite of any Sonic i have been to even though they were busy when I was there. Our order was correct and tasted great. I will definitely stop back by here when passing through in the future.

This location is HORRIBLE. needs to be closed. just drive the extra miles. The employees horse around inside while they are extremely busy. You have to wait on mobile orders for 30 minutes, even after preordering way before getting there. One time I had a drink order and it took 40 MINUTES. No sense of urgency. I dread going to this location and will never be back.

I was at this location this afternoon during rush hour..I was parked in front of the door..I WATCHED THE CAR HOP DRINK FROM A CUP (because it was too full to put the lid on) THEN LICKED THE RIM AND SIDE OF THE CUP THEN PUT THE TOP ON! She walked out and haded it to the person 3 cars down. I was parked too close to the speaker that i couldn't open my door in time to run tell the customer what i just saw with my own 2 eyes!!! Her name is Peyton,tall white female ,red hair in a bun in top of her head..It made me SICK to my stomach! And she so happen to bring me my order, I asked her to send the manager out. I told him exactly what I saw.. He said I'll take care of it,thanks. I said what's corporate # because this is NOT ok.He said I'm the owner so if u call corporate you'll be talking to me,he said I'll check it out n run the tapes. I said PLEASE DO! I will follow-up later this week to see before I call health department,make social media aware,etc. We go there every single day! I'm so upset!

Ordered two shakes. It took a little over 20 minutes to get those shakes. The caramel shake is hard as a rock and looks and tastes like a plain vanilla shake (but more like a sundae they smoothed the top on to look like a shake). Not sure why two crappy shakes took 20 minutes, especially since the two together was over 10 dollars.

Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 drinks, a water, and a small milkshake. One of the drinks they say they couldn’t make how I ordered it. Given this place multiple chances and every time it’s awful.
