The service here is horrible, and they don’t bring food out in time. Whether it is a mobile order or a car side order. You should honestly fire the whole entire staff on the evening shift. Also they forget to put things in the bag.

A Skeleton

Waited 20 minutes for a real simple order; a plain double supersonic cheeseburger with bacon, a pretzel, and a m&m blast with peanut butter.

I got a single patty burger with burnt bacon, and a half empty blast with no pb and a hole through the cup.

Amazingly enough, the pretzel was okay and actually came with the cheese cup. I was surprised too.

Like dude, I understand if you're busy and it's a rush.
But it wasn't. It was 2:30 and y'all had people screaming at each other in the stall next to us and a homeless dude walking in to talk to the only guy working the front.

Probably would have a better time if he was an employee tbh.

Service won't read my message on my phone then say go to park on any stall. Is that hard to read? Definitely not deaf friendly! I ordered a cheesecake shake with extra strawberries and peanut butter. I can taste only vanilla and a little bit of strawberry on the shake. Also I notice the under pump on the flavor slush bottle looks like gum and never clean for a while. I would call their headquarters to deal with their lazy employees. Disappointed.

The employees couldn't care any less about customer service . The employees couldn't care any less about the quality of the food. This location is an epic failure. I literally just ordered there about 30 minutes prior to writing this comment. I should have followed my first mind and stopped someone else

This is not a good location. Everytime we have been here the food has been old, over cooked, and the drinks are flat. Today the chicken tenders were hard, cold, and dry. Very hard to eat. The drinks were really flat, tasted old like they've not been changed in a while, and the cups were hardly even filled up halfway.

Couldn’t get my order right and on people didn’t know the menu. Sent my burger back 5 times and didn’t once get it right. I have an allergy to a lot of foods and the disregarded it and kept sending it back wrong
