The employees couldn't care any less about customer service . The employees couldn't care any less about the quality of the food. This location is an epic failure. I literally just ordered there about 30 minutes prior to writing this comment. I should have followed my first mind and stopped someone else

This is not a good location. Everytime we have been here the food has been old, over cooked, and the drinks are flat. Today the chicken tenders were hard, cold, and dry. Very hard to eat. The drinks were really flat, tasted old like they've not been changed in a while, and the cups were hardly even filled up halfway.

Couldn’t get my order right and on people didn’t know the menu. Sent my burger back 5 times and didn’t once get it right. I have an allergy to a lot of foods and the disregarded it and kept sending it back wrong

This location has been consistently awful the past 2 years at least.

Today, I waited over 20 minutes for my order JUST for an employee to come to my car and 1)ask me what I ordered and 2) tell me they were out of biscuits (I ordered 3 for myself and coworkers and a coke). He couldn't offer me a refund and said to come through again later. No thanks. Corporate needs to fix it or just give up on this location.

This place would be better off torn down and replaced with a restaurant that gives a crap about customer service.

Only 2 people worked, had to push the button twice for service, and the line was really long at the drive-thru. I wasn't offered any appetizers or upgrades. Customer Service and more workers needs improvement.

More of an annoyance than anything, but the app wasn’t working, so I went through drive thru, spent nearly 15 minutes waiting in line, only to find out they don’t have tap pay? The one I usually go to has tap pay….so I didn’t think anything of it. I had stupidly forgotten my card at home, don’t carry cash, so not only did I not get a drink, I also wasted my entire lunch, and the girl at the window was pretty much just like…whatever. No apology, no sympathy, nothing. I worked in fast food for most of my life and if something like this would have happened, we’d just give the items to make the customer happy. This was a $2 drink, not even food or a meal. Ridiculous. I guess it’s my poor planning and not really a them issue, but still, won’t be going back to this location and I usually go several times a week.
