Mobile order they claimed they didn’t have but I was checked in to my stall with my name on the screen. Used red button after 10 minutes -they said no order then found it and started to make it, then red button at 20 minutes -said no order, oh wait, it’s ready it just needs to be brought out. 2 minutes later I got cold food and asked for hot food. About 6 minutes later manager brings warmish tots and burger and complains that the mobile app doesn’t work right even though I’ve used it multiple times at this location with no problem. She also complained that the first bag of food was hot because it was in a hot box. Hmmmm I guess food doesn’t stay hot in a hot box for 22 minutes. Sounds like a management problem because the only customer they had they forgot about and never delivered a hot correct order of food after multiple requests and more than 30 minutes. Anyway I gave back the second burger because it had the wrong stuff on it. Ate the tots because I was hungry and drove off drinking coke from a broken lidded cup because the fresh one she brought tasted like diet. Oh and their ketchup packets were stuck together.Do yourself a favor and go to David’s because way better and also cheaper. Especially considering I didn’t even get my burger after that long of a wait.

My food was soggy and yuch! Not to the standard of Sonics in "good parts" of town. This one always seems under staffed. Will only go here for drinks from now on, btw, my Diet Cherry Limeaid didn't have the cherry :(

I came to this sonic a few .months ago and it was well let's say a complete mess but lately it has gotten a new .manager and things are like the sonics I am used to going to cleaned up all over, inside out this place has transformed into a sonic I can call my sonic so to the crew of your sonic great job I would recommend.this sonic to my friends and family awesome job

ZERO STARS! Terrible service. Pulled to the drive through, we had two separate orders to place got told to go to the stalls for that. Went to a stall pushed the button to place our orders waited about five minutes no answer, moved to a different spot at this stall was making some weird noises, moved once again. Placed our first order and when we told them we had another order they told us to go through the drive- through after being told to go to stalls lmao. So we said no we got told to come to the stalls for separate orders. They said they would ask about it… while waiting we could hear the whole conversation about if he could do two separate orders and got told he could lol. So we placed our second order. Waited about 15 minutes for food. He comes out with just the first order and wasn’t even right. Then was waiting for the second order it never came. So we rang in to cancel. Waste of time. The manger was wearing pj’s… is that tells you anything. DON’T COME HERE.

Terrible place!! I wish they had an option for 0 stars. I had 2 separate orders and they got them all mixed up and I waited 20 minutes for it. They still didn’t bring half of my order out. One of the workers was also wearing pajamas!! How unprofessional. At first, they told me they couldn’t do 2 separate orders. They could after all, they are just lazy and not trained properly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place should be shut down.

I normally don't go to this Sonic but I have twice during the holiday season in both times I was highly disappointed I don't know what's going on but my order has been wrong My drinks have been horribly wrong and it takes a really long time to get the most miniscule of orders definitely would drive a little farther to go to the one on geyer springs

Paid $6 for a medium Oreo Blast only to have them not blend it at all. They dispensed ice cream into the cup and then put a scoop of Oreos on top. The correct portioning would have been at LEAST 2 scoops blended and then some on top. The majority of my cup is plain vanilla ice cream and that's not cool.

My chicken strip where old my totes was nasty like they cook them in old grease and boy they looked horrible.... my rootbeer tasted like water and the workers are outside smoking weed in car and cigarettes in front of customers I doubt they even was they has every 30 mins like they should just unsanitary I bet it stinks in there just look how the workers look and take all day with your food m shake was a think ice cream with no strawberries shake just strawberries on the top smh

Ordered 1 Cherry limeade online and it took so long it logged me out of the screen. Ended up going around to the drive thru. Staff was very nice and even ran out to give me my drink, low staffing is a thing and I do appreciate the quick solution and understanding team!
