I stopped by today for my normal, the lady who took my order accidentally made it wrong. She put cherry instead of vanilla. My carhop was very kind, he came out fixed my drink and made my day by giving me a compliment. Would 10/10 recommend stopping by, I can’t remember what his name was, something along the lines of K something!

Went there yesterday got sick after not one but two spoiled coffees sent back got a refund had to leave in a hurry in the middle of work got sick twice on the side of the road only to have them call and accuse me of lying after calling them to let them know and the second person Todd Pruitt said that I couldn’t get sick from the coffee 30 minutes after never going here EVER again

When you sell onion rings and cheese sticks make sure to add the sauces, you ignorant fools. In the bag there were 3 packets of ketchup! Who the hell eats ketchup with onion rings and cheese sticks? This place is an utter joke. Management is not up to par.

Honestly every time I go it’s great plus they always say yes ma’am! The worker was calling back my order to me and I said oh I needed a small not a mini but she had already began to make it the wrong size and she fixed it no problem and even gave me the wrong size ice cream and my correct one no extra charge! So I got a free ice cream! They always have sooooo many toppings in the blasts I love it. I never write reviews but figured they deserved it!

I took my granddaughter to Sonic yesterday and found numerous slots blocked by broken ordering kiosks laying on the ground. Once I found one that was open, I pulled in and unfortunately the kiosk laying on the ground in the slot beside the one I selected was partially blocking mine and it scratched the side of my truck. When I confronted the manager (and region manager) all they could say was that it was my fault for hitting it. Not the fault of the restaurant for failing to move the broken kiosk, blocking it by a warning sign or notifying patrons of the danger. Not even an "I am sorry". Just a "You are on your own" message. I have never experienced such a non-caring restaurant. If you are looking for fast food, I would recommend that you look elsewhere.

They never get the order right even if simple (ex. Cheeseburger plain), don’t include condiments even if asked, just hand you your food with the top of the bag crunched together like a bottle of liquor and drop your receipt on the parking lot. The food you get if it’s the right item is either BURNT, GREASY AS HELL (they are re-frying OLD food that didn’t sell in order to save in food costs-a Sonic trademark), or basically inedible enough that yes my dog turns his nose up at it. Also the sonic app never ever works there and they won’t honor prices/sales/online coupons and are smug about it.
I usually have low standards for a fast food joint (about ankle high they’re so low) but damn we can’t get the very basics right???
