I took my granddaughter to Sonic yesterday and found numerous slots blocked by broken ordering kiosks laying on the ground. Once I found one that was open, I pulled in and unfortunately the kiosk laying on the ground in the slot beside the one I selected was partially blocking mine and it scratched the side of my truck. When I confronted the manager (and region manager) all they could say was that it was my fault for hitting it. Not the fault of the restaurant for failing to move the broken kiosk, blocking it by a warning sign or notifying patrons of the danger. Not even an "I am sorry". Just a "You are on your own" message. I have never experienced such a non-caring restaurant. If you are looking for fast food, I would recommend that you look elsewhere.

I've been to Sonic locations in several cities across the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma, and while they were polite in (almost) all of them, the Sonic in Little Rock on Cantrell had employees that were the nicest and warmest.

I like the new fries. They are actually better then the ones before especially when they are fresh.
Half the screens were broken or missing, so we circled the stalls three times. Service was okay, but the location overall was disappointing.

The ONLY dine-in Sonic in the state that I know of! Several mounted tvs around the dining area, generally on sport channels. Great, friendly, accurate service ? ? ? always! Tastes great! Typically a couple times a week my Fiance and I eat here!

Slowest Sonic around. Staff have no sense of urgency with a line building up around the two opposite sides and obviously short staffed!! Whoever thought of this drivethrough plan had his head up his rear! I constantly ask for easy ice in my drinks but they still pack it full!! Please read your screen it's not that hard!! Thank you!!
