Sonic is not my favorite fast food but they are a step above many. The burgers are good and their drinks and deserts are great. They have something for everyone.

Cant get the food right and the girl that works nights wants to scream, be disruptive, and get attention than get orders right and actually do their job to the minimal extent. Order wrong, up charged, and was screaming profanity with the window open.

First two order screens we tried were broken. Finally found one that worked and had to repeat my order three times (it was just a #3 with an extra drink). Finally got the food after way too long, car hop didn’t ask if we wanted ketchup or condiments and none were in the bag, then the burger and tots were room temperature. Threw all of it away. Utter garbage even by fast food standards.

I ordered a Smashburger with no onions and had onions on it so I pulled back around after I gave them back the burger. All they did was scrape off the onions and gave the burger right back and cheese was cold.

I stopped by today for my normal, the lady who took my order accidentally made it wrong. She put cherry instead of vanilla. My carhop was very kind, he came out fixed my drink and made my day by giving me a compliment. Would 10/10 recommend stopping by, I can’t remember what his name was, something along the lines of K something!

Went there yesterday got sick after not one but two spoiled coffees sent back got a refund had to leave in a hurry in the middle of work got sick twice on the side of the road only to have them call and accuse me of lying after calling them to let them know and the second person Todd Pruitt said that I couldn’t get sick from the coffee 30 minutes after never going here EVER again

When you sell onion rings and cheese sticks make sure to add the sauces, you ignorant fools. In the bag there were 3 packets of ketchup! Who the hell eats ketchup with onion rings and cheese sticks? This place is an utter joke. Management is not up to par.
Another waste of my money as more often than not my order is always wrong and this time was no different. Additionally the young lady at the window is never ever friendly. So sad 😞
