One of the best restaurant experiences I've had, you are kindly greeted by likely more than person asking you to please come in, the food is fresh and never does a dirty plate sit on a table for any length of time!!! Highly recommend stopping in if you haven't or are passing by!!!

Star of India exceeded my expectations. My friend & I were greeted upon entering. Once sat, we were told, "Welcome Home" which made the already cozy restaurant feel even more comfortable. The staff was very attentive, kind, and excellent at what they do.The atmosphere isn't loud; it's like you're visiting a friends home and catching up. The decor is beautiful. There aren't fluorescent lights; instead there are lamps and string lights.& don't get me started on the food. I got the butter chicken dish and the cheese naan and it was delightful. I also tried my friend's chicken masala and it was delicious. They give you a good portion size; I had enough for dinner tonight and leftovers for tomorrow.I will absolutely be coming back here in the near future. Thank you all for such a lovely experience.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian section on the menu! It's got several dishes to choose from.Parking: It's in a shopping center type of area, so there are lots of parking spots. It was busy when we went, but we were still able to get parking right by the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is kid friendly.
The experience here is nothing short of extraordinary. Excellent food, and captivating service. Lighting gives the candlelight feel of being at home. I have never been more impressed while dining out in Little Rock. Each staff member ensured each table had what they needed. I never got to half of my drink before someone was refilling my cup. Our server treated us like family with a huge “welcome home” as he approached our table. He made the best recommendations on our meals and cocktails. The food came out quickly, and was presented wonderfully. As we left, they joked with us and gave us ice cream. Such an enriching experience. I want to have every meal here.Loved having leftovers to take home too!If you’re on the fence, give it a shot. I promise you won’t regret it!Recommendations: cheese naan, chicken tikka masala, buttered chicken, Sami’s screwdriver.
Food is amazing, spicy but no mouthfire. Large menu, very tasty complimentary dips and accompniaments. Seating is cramped, but the owner greets everyone and is attentive to all. Great service.
