I truly appreciate the level of service at Starbucks — the staff is always friendly and attentive. During my recent visit, I ordered a lemonade, but my drink was mixed up. However, the team noticed the mistake right away and quickly fixed it. That kind of prompt and professional service is what I value about Starbucks.

Unfortunately, the taste of the coffee has never been quite right for me. I’ve tried it in different states and cities, hoping to find a version that suits my preferences, but it still doesn’t quite hit the mark. That said, I do respect the consistency and the customer care across locations.

The barista that worked the drive thru on 6/11/25 at 7:30 pm, is asking people if they want their change. This is the second time she has flat out asked me “do you want your change”. How embarrassing. Yes I want my change, because baristas get paid an hourly wage that is NOT dependent on tips unlike like servers whom only make $2 something an hour. I should not feel obligated to tip the barista at the drive thru when all I ordered was a microwaveable food item. I don’t think I’ll come back to this location. That was extremely rude of her.
