Maybe we keep catching the bad crew but this is the most disappointing Starbucks in town. My family gets the same drinks every time, with my wife getting her drink almost daily. This one never gets it right and then seems inconvenienced when you ask to remake it.

Was really great atmosphere until the person working the ice came in around 3:30 and basically cleared the place out! Between slamming the door to the ice opening and closing it- to throwing the metal scoop in it.. why????

We came into this Starbucks location to order drinks because the drive thru is tight and easy to miss. The staff was pleasant and our drinks came out quickly. No complaints here.

I go to this Starbs more than any other (have for years). A couple of months ago, a young heavy set African American girl (doesn’t wear a name tag so idk her name) started working there and the poor thing does not know the difference between almond milk and oat milk. She has messed my order up 3/3 times her working the drive thru, and is making me not want to visit this location. Get the girl training or let her go so she can find what she’s good at.
The cashier didn’t give me my coffee and I asked a barista for it. She rudely told me to get back in line and talk to the cashier. I had to choose being late for work and getting my coffee or skipping it. I didn’t get what I paid for unfortunately because they were rude and wouldn’t listen to me.
