They give you way too much ice in an iced drink almost like it comes out of their commission if they don't overload you with frozen water instead of coffee. Will remove once I get a drink worth $9.47.

The two associates helping me at the order screen and pick up window were both very patient, even taking their time during a busy morning rush to make sure I fully understood details about my order and even offered a pup cup to my fur child. I wish I had their names to give them proper kudos but they were the main drive through associates at 8:15 this morning if that's helpful. Thanks!

Arrived at 9 a.m. on a Saturday. Three customers were ahead of me and maybe one or two seated. Drive thru was not busy. Three staffers, all in headsets were working.
The three ahead of me were served quickly and I reached the counter and was ignored for some reason. The gentlemen working the counter walked away without speaking to me, and the other two workers never spoke to me even though they made eye contact.
There was only one car in the drive thru, so baffling why they were so rude. I was not in a hurry at all, and had not spoken to anyone.
Had to walk out. Not patronizing shitty rudeness. Being in a personal serve business for five minutes and ignored is unacceptable.

I ordered a chocolate brownie and a chocolate chip cookie came up instead, it didn’t go away so I told them I wanted a brownie. He said wrong button, but like I’d insulted him. Mistakes happen, it had just said cookie for awhile. Then the girl at the window was weird and said I gave her too much , like I might be an idiot, and repeated my total. I told her it was a tip. After taking way too long to give me my order… I got a chocolate chip cookie in a brownie bag. I’m sure they thought it was funny. This crew may not need to work together, maybe find at least one who isn’t so cool.
Always friendly with prompt courteous service
I was trying to get a quick drink to have with me while I sit in the waiting room at the medical facility down the street. They are so slow/ unorganized, don’t really know. This was my second visit and it was worst than the first I wound up canceling and getting a refund.
What is the point of mobile orders when you still have to wait when you arrive.
the staff made a mistake with what i ordered, luckily the bartender didn't get angry and made me a new and delicious drink, his name is christian, he wasn't upset at all, thank you christian, love this place

This location is so slow. The baristas stand behind the counter chatting it up and it takes them 10+ minutes to make a drink. I've been here twice in two months because the options are really limited from Missouri to Houston.

The drive through is tricky for bigger vehicles. Be careful or you will pop your tire in the curb/sign they have out.

I had a delightful experience with Lyra the window employee yesterday . It’s not just the coffee I come for it’s how Starbucks employees treat you and make you feel special . Let’s get Starbucks unionized . The employees are a huge part of Starbucks success and quit squandering mega bucks on these CEOs , you don’t need people telling you what to do . Starbucks can run itself with the great employees you have .

Top notch drive-thru service!
Newly refreshed and updated, it’s the Starbucks experience you expect. The chairs aren’t cushy, but there’s plenty of them. Large windows allow for a lot of natural northerly sunlight. Active and easy part of WLR to get in and out of, it’s good for a quick stop if 7Brew across the street doesn’t fit your fancy.
