Almost every time I go to this location they mess up my order and to correct it they just dump in whatever ingredients, without stirring and hand it back. I have even asked to remake the entire drink and it still was not made right. I'm not sure if the staff just does not properly know how to make espresso or what but I have started driving 15 min put of my way, just to avoid this location.

This location needs attitude and customer service adjustments! Refused to make more green tea for my order and told me they just gave what they had made up to the car in front of me. Really???? Called in complaint to customer service number. Unfortunately this rude location is across from my gym. Went inside to order a few days later with same people working and waited twenty two minutes and still no tea. When I ask them what was going on with my order I was told my order was overlooked. When I received my cup the time stamp on the sticker was from twenty five minutes earlier when I ordered it. Only a few customers inside and a few cars through drive thru. Obviously it was overlooked intentionally!

With my travel schedule I frequently hit up the local Starbucks to grab a cup O’ Joe or in my case a Latte. Bottom line this store is supper friendly, calling. customers by name, and if not offering them a friendly “so-long, have a great day. Many retailers are forgetting the importance of people who then love on people. A must try!!!!

This starbucks is large, has lots of space to sit and study, and has a beautifully designed wall dedicated to their siren mascot that I haven't seen anywhere else before. The team members here are friendly and caring.
I picked up a mobile order last week and Anthony, the manager, made me very uncomfortable. He behaved in a manner I can only describe as creepy and stalker like. The rest of the staff seemed uncomfortable around him too. I will not go back as long as he’s working there

I go to this location fairly often and normally it's fine. Today the drive thru cashier tried to give us two wrong orders, walked off in the middle of us trying to tell her that (twice), and was just rude and snarky the whole time. I'm in customer service myself. Some days are just going to be chaotic, but that's no reason to take it out on customers.
