Starbucks

This is what I got when ordered a 9$ drink. Not even full cup and the barista was angry because she couldn’t make the drink correct on first time.

I ordered the new jalapeño chicken pocket and a large ice caramel macchiato. The pocket/wrap was hard and rubbery, with only a teaspoon of the chicken filling. It would've been good had it been made fresh and properly. The drink was too watery, and not at all sweet.

They lose a couple stars for the single tiny piece of ham on my croissant but make up for it by making excellent drinks despite their espresso machine being out of service.

I order one thing and got another, I ordered a ribbon crunch and got some kind of chocolate cookie thing that. However they did give me the wrong item which was nasty so I threw it away, it tasted powdery. Before the wrong drink was mad the two workers were having a good conversation while I waited for the wrong item. My second and main issue is that I order the same thing and paid about $1.50 more, I guess cause it’s in the hotel, with that said they should at least make sure they are part of the participating store for the bonus stars program. I would have gone to another location to make sure I got credit for the purchase.☹️

Attended a ceremony at the Statehouse Convention Center so I decided to stop by this Starbucks. One, the staff were not very polite or professional. Two, the service was rather slow even though during my visit there were not very many customers, if any at all. Three, the prices are like 20-50% higher than a regular Starbucks location in the same area. The coffee I got was good but given everything else I cannot rate this place highly and would recommend going elsewhere.

Mediocre latte

For a Starbucks inside one of the nicest hotels in Little Rock the baristas are very unwelcoming and are not friendly. I came in early this morning with a flight crew! The way you are treated seems like customers are un welcomed and a bother. For the price of a coffee the service should be far better. Is this a training issue? I even asked the hotel front desk what the issue was with the Starbucks the service just isn’t there.

$6 drink other locations is $11 here with terrible service.

Went in to order a coffee. There were two baristas behind the counter talking animatedly and it took a bit before one came to the register. I ordered, then realized I didn't have my wallet, but I did have my app on my phone. The barista told me they couldn't scan the app, so I had to leave. I came back later with my wallet. It was a different barista, but they had no problems scanning the app for people in front of me.
