Went in to order a coffee. There were two baristas behind the counter talking animatedly and it took a bit before one came to the register. I ordered, then realized I didn't have my wallet, but I did have my app on my phone. The barista told me they couldn't scan the app, so I had to leave. I came back later with my wallet. It was a different barista, but they had no problems scanning the app for people in front of me.

The prices are insane! My order cost more at this location than any other Starbucks in town. I was tolerating it because it's less than 500 feet from my apartment, but in the last week my order went up 3 dollars. I order a bagel and an ice latte no flavors just espresso ice and milk. Anyways never going back after this.

This location stays busy, but they’ve always got a smile on their face and great service.

This establishment received a one star ONLY because I can't scan & pay and scan for points because they are under the hotel franchise and not the Starbucks corporation. Even my checking account says "Marriott" and not "Starbucks". I'm very disappointed that I couldn't earn points, especially since I can't scan receipts to earn points in my app. I really need Starbucks corporation to fix that with their hotel license agreements. So, I won't be returning to this location.

The employees have the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in a Starbucks store. Told me cold brew wasn’t ready yet but as I was walking away I saw the other employee preparing it.

BE WARNED! A franchise Starbucks, this location is tantamount to highway robbery. They charge extra for everything! I've ordered same drink for years at Starbucks across the country; in fact, even in foreign countries. Always $5.65 - $6.35 depending on taxes (or the US dollar equivalent). Here, they charged more than $10.00 for same drink. Claim a pump of tea mix is a "syrup" and charge $0.80 for each extra one!!!! Charge extra for "light ice". Starbucks corporate says there is nothing they can do because this is a franchise location. It's in the Marriott Lobby (and since I've had this same experience at other Marriott Lobby Starbucks, it leads me to believe this is the Marriott raking it in), so they know they have you by the you-know-whats, and they make you pay for it. When I said, "it's tea not syrup," they said, "Then try another Starbucks." STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Excruciatingly slow service. They had four people working to service a backed up line of dozens of people waiting to head over to the convention center. Absolutely disorganized on drink delivery which results on several different hands touching the same drink. Ordered a breakfast sandwich but never got it.They don't take call ahead orders.

Normally the food items are expensive and succulent. Here, just expensive. My egg sandwich was rubbery and dry, how old? They weren't too concerned that they were out of half-and-half, made me regret tipping in advance.

One day nice next day hateful. Acts like they don’t even want you there. Left a five dollar tip yesterday zero tip today

The pastry case was full of dead flies. I mentioned to baristas and they quite literally shrugged and said they couldn’t help.

Supposed to be open. At 6am. No one here at 6:10. Ghost town. Covid has given employees the idea they can show up whenever they want. Let's calm it the covid generation. Gen lazy
