Your employees should really say "what could I get you" or at the very least say "hi" when customers walk up to order, instead of just look at them. So rude. I didn't catch her name, it started with a C, long brown hair.

My toddler and I visited for a mommy daughter day special outing and my daughter (being 2) dropped her drink in the lobby shortly after purchasing. The staff was super kind and considerate, cleaned up the mess quickly, and even got us another drink free of charge despite my trying to pay for it. Thank yall for your kindness!

The only thing about this Starbucks that could be better is a drive thru. It can be annoying if you're in a rush but want to grab a coffee. I know that sounds preppy, but nearly all locations have a window. Otherwise, it's Starbucks!

My son is a big fan of Starbucks. No matter where we travel he always likes to find one and see if they make his favorite drinks the same way they do back home. This time in Little Rock it did not disappoint. He was able to get his favorites and we were on our way fairly quickly. It was a nice break from the family gatherings that we had.

Sent my niece inside to order she’s 13 the employees were so rude to her and now she doesn’t feel comfortable ordering anymore. She mistakenly asked for a grande and fixed her mistake before paying and order was made.. the cashier huffed and the one behind that was making the drinks started throwing things and making her uncomfortable.. when I went inside to address the issue they both walked to the back.. 1 drink was also made incorrectly.. I don’t except this behavior but especially from Starbucks is just crazy

I don’t come here often as it is on the opposite side of town for me. But this morning I was running errands and had some time to kill. I stopped in to grab a coffee and egg bites (my favorite!)The morning crew here today 3/27/24 was Awesome! Friendly, helpful, fast and very concerned about making all feel welcome. I will make it a point to come out here more often!

They get four stars because I absolutely adore the morning crew and they do such a good job on my coffee. But when I go in the afternoon, it’s very inconsistent. I just got a Venti latte and the cup was only half full with coffee the rest was foam. Sucks when you spend seven dollars on a cup of coffee and only get half of what you paid for.
