After being closed for months they open back up and the machines are broken? It's been a week and they are still broken. Why even open back up?

I had to ask the security guard at the exit if Starbucks was closed. He went and got the young Hispanic girl along with the African American girl because they were sitting around the corner in the back on their phones.

I’ve noticed this Starbucks has declined a great deal. I know they’re short staffed but the employees that are there are rude and very careless. I asked for extra Carmel drizzle around my cup on 2 drinks and he put the smallest amount.. i ordered 3 drinks and all of them were made incorrectly.
Another time I had went there was a lady who was just unpleasant with her tone, facial expressions, and attitude.
And the girl that wears the mask is okay but not very help when asking about drinks and ordering. She also made my drinks incorrect.
Both of these visits the whole Starbucks are was dirty from the little table to the window seating. Floors, napkins were out too. I’m complaining because Starbucks isn’t cheap and when I’m spending 30$ on drinks plus what I’m spending at target, I’d like them to be correct. Please hire more/ better employees for the public

Showed up at 8:15 am to get a coffee tote for our moving crew and the guy was not open yet and told me it would be 10 minutes till he opened
They close at 9pm but they don’t serve anything after 8pm.

I waited over 30 mins for a pick up drink from Starbucks after u arrived. Never received the drink ended up canceling due to waiting for so long. I could of went to a freestanding store and received my drink.

Parking: Plenty of parking since it is inside Target store.

sadly I have to put 1 star to leave my review, I walk in to the store at 8:15 and the employee said what can she help us on and we started to ordering our 3 venti frap and and a pink drink after we told her our order she told us we couldn’t make the drinks because the equipment has been washed we asked what time they close and she said 9pm but she had to leave the store 9:15 she still had one WHOLE hour before she can close we went to ask the coworker and they said she could at least make my pink drink and she was going to get the manager then manager said the same thing that the lady said she can’t make our drinks because the close to closing hours now why this company pays ppl for not doing there job
