They never made my drink. Probably lost the order. They acted like someone else took it. But, I was standing there the whole time with other people and it was never made. AND then they gave me attitude for standing there for too long without asking about it. I was just waiting patiently as I thought it was probably taking longer to make mine. Totally incompetent staff. I have a lot of family and friends who travel via LIT and I will make sure they know about this too. What a joke.

Greater Nethland

Literally one of the only single good about Bill Clinton National Airport. Service is quick, efficient, and--most importantly--kind. You can tell the the workers try their best to have fun and this lightens up the rather melancholy mood present so often at airports. One of my favorite Starbucks' and that's saying a lot from someone who prefers Dutch Brothers and Dunkin donuts!

I asked for a mocha with split pumps of chocolate. The worker was rude to person in back and said I would be charged for 2 extra pumps. When I asked how many pumps were in the grande she said 4. When I tried to say something she raised her voice, said I know what you want. I said never-mind and I walked away!

I was trying to order a Frappuccino and the lady said "oh I ain't making any Frappuccinos" no explanation as to why she wasn't. I've had better service here before. And it was filthy! Do better.

Employee young female was very rude. Snappy. Other employee was trying to train her but she seem to not want follow instructions. Throwing towels, because she he couldn't get the blinder to work. I asked for a vanilla bean drink. She tells me she had blinded my drink, and she hadn't because I was watching her the whole time. And got an attitude about it. Not the attitude for customer service

Store was supposed to open at 5am. At 6:11am, and still closed. I asked the employee when they opened and she “said it would be a bit”…… and not in a friendly way at all
