I ALWAYS order a Decaf Americano & ALWAYS receive my order as a Decaf, no matter where I am on this Blue Marble we call Earth (I travel a TON). These Little Simpletons gave me a Regular Americano!!!! They need to LISTEN & Follow what the Customer asks for!!! I have High Blood Pressure and had to go to the Hospital because my B/P was 190/101!!!
I’m seriously considering suing this location!!!

It has been a while since I’ve gotten Starbucks in general but this location reminded why it’s not worth it. My iced latte tasted like it was made with burnt coffee and didn’t seem to have the flavors I ordered. I didn’t have time to go back around and let them know I wasn’t happy with my drink but I definitely won’t go back and try again for a while. The times I’ve ordered here before were meh at best too but I was hoping since it’d been a while since visiting this location that it’d be better. Save your money and get coffee elsewhere.

They have a dessert cake on display ; my friend and I purchased one each. The dessert we received was half the size we saw on display!!! That's false advertising!!

From when I walked in 5a till when I left at 6a everything was perfect. Restaurant was clean, food wonderful, service impressive. The lady took my order and told me she would bring me my breakfast sandwich to my table. Really? After finishing another lady asked if she could take the plate for me. What? And ask if I was doing ok. Obvious Supervisor type lady was on site, communicating with co-workers tasks for the day. Communications amount all showed a great Team! Upon exiting, thought I would test them and asked for a half refill of my large coffee cup. The lady asked if I had the “Ap” I replied oh course. Filled my cup and said thank you! That’s Exceptional Customer Service! Enjoyed our visit. Thank you Ladies

I drive out of my way to avoid this location. That should tell you all you need to know. They do not treat customers well. If I’m spending my hard earned money at your location every day, don’t treat me like a piece of dirt on your shoe and openly mock me. Do better.

First time at this location. We got the hot chocolate and sugar cookie iced latte. Both drinks were good. The staff was friendly. No complaints here.

Used the drive-thru. Driveway was blocked by a delivery truck. Difficult to get to the window. Order taker was busy and short with me. The server was friendly and polite.
