The food is too expensive for the quality. The pizza is mid. The other main menu items look good on a plate (for social media) but lack flavor and depth. I have never wanted to try anything more than once except for the desserts. Even the desserts/pastries are a bit expensive and it is the same thing over and over with a slightly changed flavor. The drinks are alright. I enjoyed this place at first but it has definitely lost its luster. I don't think the pastries/desserts are enough to get me to come back anymore...

...but new pastries might! Edit 8/2025: they have new bakery items. They look delicious. Thank you for adding new things. Bump

I had breakfast at Sterling Market this morning and was so impressed! This locally sourced, farm-to-table spot delivers in every way—from the quality of the ingredients to the creativity of the dishes. The flavor combinations were unexpected and fun, and everything was absolutely delicious. My server, Drake, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. It’s clear a lot of care goes into both the food and the service. I’ll definitely be back!

I am a real fan of Fidel & Co, the best coffee and the best staff in the city! However, I went to Sterling Market for the first time yesterday with my friend Erika. I ordered some 🍕 - just a cheese by the slice. Wonderful char on the crust, and the brightness of the tomato sauce was amazing. I was so pleasantly surprised when Fidel cam over to say hello. I have met Fidel before briefly and passed on my appreciation for all that he has done to bring such quality coffee and welcoming atmosphere to LR. Getting to see this same high-level of execution and friendly staff at Sterling Market was no surprise.

We loved eating lunch at Sterling Market. The service was top-notch, and the food was amazing. We had the BBQ sandwich, blubbery donut, chicken sandwich, and sausage plate. Coffee was different but great. Highly recommend!

I love this place. Great Food & atmosphere!!!!! I have a complaint though, the cornbread serving size has changed significantly. It use to serve up to 6 people, now it only serves maybe 2.!!!

Egg and ham croissant sandwich is INSANE. I wanted to eat 6 of them. Only about 1.5 hrs from the quality inn in Heber Springs.

We had a very bad experience on june 21st saturday. Server anna(the one with the nose ring), had a very poor attitude, and offered very poor service. This was our 2nd time at sterling, and we wanted a dish that we had the first time. We asked our server if we could have that, and we got a rude and curt reply that its brunch menu time, and we cant order anything thats not on menu at the time. We directly spoke to the chef and they were so gracious to prepare it for us. Our server was deficient in service in all aspects. If service was good, we would have atleast tolerated the burnt sourdough omelette sandwich. I feel like she thought that since we were 8 people, she would already get her gratuity without providing any service. Not cool.
Not returning !!

Traveling through and stopped for lunch after visiting the nearby Clinton Presidential Library. Pork sandwich one of the best sandwiches I ever had, pizza really good too, and so were the roast potatoes.

I have never walked out of Sterling Market hungry or disappointed. The quality and flavor of the food is amazing and the service is top notch. My husband and I are big fans of their skillet cornbread and their braised collards. I highly recommend grabbing a few pastries on your way out. The Kouign-amans are our absolute favorite whenever available.

Go here. Seriously, everyone should try this place. And I'm not sure you could order the wrong thing, every single menu item seems to be above expectations. The people are cool too.

This place used to be Cat Head Cafe, it's cute! We were there for a graduation celebration. It was my first time, the drinks are amazing. The food is ok. But it a great place, I will go again.

Quick stop in, first time. Had 3 apps and a couple cocktails a piece.

Not busy for a Friday. Sat outside. Nice little patio and would do again.

Tremendous service!! Knowledgeable and helpful.

Drinks were top notch. Negroni and a Vodka sunshine.

Disco fries were unreal. Will get again.

Skillet cornbread is the reason to go or comeback. So so good. The wife is GF and rarely gets treats like this.

Small Caesar was tasty and nicely dressed.

Will be back!!
