I would love to speak to cooperate order sandwiches with extra meat and barely have any on them spent $97 and wasn’t worth $10 very disappointed

It was super busy but the workers were still very nice. Place seemed clean and they switched gloves often.

And since I live close this is the location I chose to go to so now I have to drive out of my way to go to a Subway don't worry I won't come back again

Will, if that is even his name, was the manager on duty around 1230 september 1st. He is very unprofessional. I would really like to speak with the corporate office but i cannot find their contact information. I placed a mobile order, arrived about 10 minutes later to pick up and my sandwich bread was stale(which i understand happens sometimes) so i just went back inside to ask him to remake it for me, he then proceeded to tell me he wasn’t going to toast my sandwhich anymore and then took my toppings from the first sandwhich and threw them on the remake sandwhich which then left me sandwhich sloppy and without any sauces…when asked to fix it he responded with “i’m not going to waste anymore meat, it’s fine” If someone would please contact me about this, as I also work as a manager in a high class restaurant, i just feel disrespected by the whole interaction.

Don’t order online from here. Both sandwiches were burnt on top but not toasted. Given possibly old sandwiches that were dressed up to my order. Waste of money, couldn’t cancel order when I mistakenly chose the wrong store. Threw both sandwiches away.

I went to grab dinner for my hungry kids and FOR NOTHING. I dropped it off at a gather they were at and left, only to find out their sandwiches were made WRONG. I drove back up there very upset because I had paid for extra ingredients only to be given ONLY MEAT MAYO AND LETTUCE. Now I am pretty upset, I got information that my children had thrown their sandwiches away and were already off on the road to a new destination. I went into the store with my receipt only to be told by the MANAGER that he could do nothing for me, I tried to explain I couldn’t give the sandwiches, as I didn’t know where they were but my children had sent me photos of the sandwiches all messed up and in the TRASH. I even showed him that the sandwiches were TRASHED completely, out of packaging in a dumpster. He still said there was nothing to be done unless I gave the sandwiches back. I feel so bad for the only regular employee because all the talking was done through her. I ended up having to repurchase a sandwich, which I really shouldn’t have, but I really did feel bad for the girl and didn’t want her boss to berate her more. PS I SPENT 60$ HERE I AM NOT NEEDING ANY MONEY BACK I JUST WANTED MY SANDWICHES FOR MY KIDS.

Most subway places in Little Rock will give you very little protein with your sandwich even though the sandwich is expensive now. Some places actually weigh the protein. I go to this place because they give you at least a decent amount of protein.

Thinking I am done with Subway for a while. The last couple of times I have ordered the meat has been real skimpy on the meat. I even ordered the 33% more meat subs yesterday and still the same. For the price we are paying its just not worth it when the other sandwich places load the meat on for around the same price or cheaper. Subway has definitely gone down in my opinion.The staff is friendly and courteous and the store is clean but that doesn't make up for the loss of meat. I feel like I am getting all bread...

2nd time here will never return. They don’t give you enough meat , and don’t really want to accept coupons so limit you to only specific meats. I can never hear the young lady when she is asking for toppings to make the order. The vibe is just consistently off there for some reason.

This is a great Subway!! I go here all the time, like 2 or so times a week. They are very nice and quick! The sandwiches are always fresh and made correctly. I usually order on the app and I've never had any problems. Just wanted to show a little appreciation. Great subway!
