Everrytime i go there and want a footlong cookie they never have them and you best believe that I do not play around cause if i come again and they don't have a footlong cookie for me im fighting these employees for not saving me a cookie

"I mean, what can you say it's Subway.." NO! Incorrect assumption! I mean, yes, it is indeed a Subway, but the assumption that it is just like every generic Subway would be an incorrect assumption. The location makes this a small shop (the lobby does have nice seating if you do want to eat) but the manager of this location and the starndard this location sets really does make this location seem like a distinctly original restaurant. The store is clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is as good as service gets. The place has a feeling indicitive to the one you get when a person takes pride in whatever they may be showing or doing, it matters to this location that I like choosing this sandwich shop, it matters to this location if service is friendly, matters if I am comfortable when inside there shop. I like to think it matters because the work they do matters and a stores work will only ever be as good as the pride taken in running the store.

I ordered food on door dash and had me wait 2 hrs for my food, then they just let one of the nurses there at Baptist take it when the DoorDash driver was trying to get it. Then wouldn’t answer the phone when I called. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This Subway is a hidden gem and Chris outdid himself on my sandwich. It’s a tiny location but everything was so fresh and my sandwich was made with care and pride.

MARIO I have to send this review because you need more employees like him. When I came to the Baptist location about 3 weeks ago I was so surprised. The store was so clean, the food looked so fresh, but the ultimate winner was me because Mario made the sandwich I ordered exactly like I had asked him to. Mario is very professional and makes you feel so welcome. This is how you retain customers and build loyalty to The Subway brand. I work at Baptist and now have a place where I can go and enjoy a nice fresh sandwich. I will certainly tell my coworkers about the changes that have been made and how welcome they will feel and get a Fresh sandwich.made to order!! I hope Mario’s bosses appreciate what he does!
