Picked up a DoorDash order and the guy started getting upset at me bc the order was large and he wanted more time to make the order. Like I have a way to control that! I understand it can be overwhelming but if you can’t handle large orders, don’t do DoorDash?? Other than that, it was clean and the order was correct.

I got the number one a Philly cheese steak and I opened it up when I got home there were no bell peppers on it or onions and not to mention they gave me the wrong cheese and rushed us out of there and completely ignored me when I walked in up to the counter I will probably never come back to this subway again they can barely speak English not to mention so you can’t understand anything they say and if I could do no stars I would cause it sucks there!!

Placed an order for sandwiches and drove all the way there just to find out that they didn’t have any bread. Order was placed August 29,2024 around 7:30-7:45pm. It was a mobile order in my daughter’s name. It really perturbed me because I was an assistant manager at a subway before they closed the door on that location. My crew always made sure that if they ran low on bread they would actually pull more so it would have enough time to rise before being placed in the oven. Very unhappy about this situation. Went in for a footlong sub and got a footlong sub with bugs. There was literally a bug in my sandwich on one of the tomatoes. Don’t go here if you are looking for sanitary food. I would add a picture but I already ate half of the sandwich before I found it and feel like throwing up.

Don't order curbside. You'll be sitting in your car wondering what the holdup is, even if you're the only car parked in front of the store. Eventually you'll go in and they will give it to you. The first time, they said they only had one person on staff. That's understandable. Second time? I saw two employees in there and I still had to walk in to get my food. I guess they're just lazy.

This was the worst service I have ever had in my life at a Subway. The gentleman behind the counter? Was from a foreign country and couldn't even speak normal english. I asked for an atom to be added to my sandwich. And he went nuts on me telling me. I couldn't do that. All right, he needed to do was. Bought me a surcharge. I don't understand why they couldn't take care of their customer. The way the customer wanted it taken care of this is a place. I would not recommend to anybody if you're in a hurry. Or you wanna order something special at Subway? Don't go here

The Indian behind the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE . While fixing my sandwich , I was asking for vinegar and oil, he proceeded to add some but only a small amount and quickly dropped it back in the counter. I asked could I have some more please..? He then said really fast “ You could have told me before I put it down”…. I said “excuse me, what? He said it again but faster, I turned to my husband and asked him what did he say…. (I think I wanted to make sure I heard him correct)…. When my husband looked at him and said we didn’t hear you he quickly looked down and just shook his head. That’s when I realized he did say what he did … he proceeded to ring me up and asked if I wanted chips… I said NOOOOOo…. Then he walked away and let the Indian girl ring up my husbands . As we were walking away from the counter he looked at me and believe me He Got the Death Stare.. I will never never purchase anything else from that establishment. I’ve heard stories from others but I’ve never experienced rudeness until that day. SUCH A SHAME FOR SUBWAY, they SHOULD UNDERCOVER BOSS THAT LOCATION.OR TAKE THE FRANCHISE BACK. THIS PLACE ISNT WORTHY OF SUCH

I wanted a honey mustard chicken Wrap and the man that works there going to tell me i cant add whatever topping i want on my wrap , he put a little Lettuce A little bit of onion and a little bit of olives , adding Bacon that I told him I will pay extra, then he proceeded to say you can’t get anything else it’s not Customize and the Wrap wont Close. As you can see in the picture there is alot of room for jalapeños and green peppers thats all I wanted. I want my money back or get new people to work there. customer service was terrible and I felt disrespected if I am a Paying customer I should get what I want . If I don’t get a response back from Subway or the manager, I will be suing
