I went in the store and ordered two sandwiches 14 my wife.14 myself, there was no portion control.There was nothing on my sandwich.I mean, nothing.There was pieces of meat, not regular portions of meat.We're talking shavings of meat, very little vegetables.It was the most disgusting subway sandwich.I've ever seen in my life.I would recommend that you never eat here.Never never never eat here. I ordered a foot long cookie and got six chocolate chip cookies. I was already home, so I wasn't going to go all the way back to the store.So I ate the garbage and then when I go back to talk to the manager, I have to bring them back the sandwich even though I have pictures of everything.... great job subway on your customer service ....... . Does this look like a regular subway sandwich to you?????

Horrible! I ordered a turkey sandwich and was give a hunk of meat instead of it being sliced. I went back for a replacement and the lady stated I need to call the manager Nick but didn’t know his number or where he was.

The youngs lady was nice a problem is the dining room was nasty have black marks on back of the the chairs and looking nasty in there I ate in there I probably won't eat in there again I probably just take my food with me again they had no spoons no forks no knives I'm glad I had napkins in my car to wipe my hands

Just go to the subway in walmart on Baseline. I have ordered online from this location a few times and the order is NEVER correct. Its missing toppings that I ordered on it.
Today I put a note asking for 2 little cups of ranch because I didn't want my sub to be soggy by the time I ate it and I got one ranch and one sweet teriyaki. My other sub was missing the mayo, which was one of two toppings added to that order. I should have just ordered from the baseline walmart subway today but I was dumb.

Asked for an All American club like the picture only changed the cheese & wasn’t made the correct way! I asked for a refund & couldn’t get that but I asked for it to be remade and they had an attitude about making it over to correct the problem. This will be the last and only time I come over here to get food from them!
Yall need better energy in your work place. I don’t want to feel like I’m bothering them when I asked for things to be made!

There was one person working doing the door dash and call in and walk ins...the place was not clean as it could have been and there was a sewer problem... horrible smell...made the food unappealing...

Customer service was AWFUL. I did not get no MEAT on my 5$ nacho just chip & cheese all other Subway gives meat. All veggies looks like their being kept to long everything about this place is HOT MESS!!!🥵

First time in over 10 years I’ve had subway, the gentleman who made my sandwich was very nice and I didn’t know what cheese to pick I let him do dealers choice and he chose right and my sandwich was delicious. Thank you so much!!!!
I see im not the only person with this complaint but they barely give you any vegetables and I added 3 sauces. Only tasted one in a couple of bites. Not sure why these shit companies are charging 15 dollars for an unsatisfying ass sandwich. Won't return.

Terrible. They shorten you on the amount of meat you’re supposed to get. Their fountain machine doesn’t work so they tell you they will charge you the same amount for the combo with a regular drink. That was a lie they charged for each item. Everyone that came in was telling them that they weren’t adding enough meet.

Went to get my wife and i some food asked for turkey got like 8 thin slices of turkey on a footlong. Ask for lettucr and spinach and i kid you not this man put two small things of spinach on my sandwich. Portions were honestly so horrible and my wife had to use the whole footlong to make a decent 6 inch sandwich. Only reason i didn’t leave and not pay is because i am not that type of person, it’s honestly disappointing that i paid dang near $30 for this.
