My order was verbally canceled over the phone but I have not received a refund and it shows as order picked up in my transaction history. That's theft my friend. Subway do I need a lawyer?

The employee is alone on Sundays and service gets slow, not their fault as much as it is Subway for not having two employees at all times.

This place need help. Need to do something to keep better employees. Gave this restaurant another chance after a year and still messed up my order. I ordered pepperoni was charged for it. Never put on my sandwich. At this point this place needs to be closed down. They can never get your order right

Any fast food chain that makes me ask for a key to use the restroom gets one star. And they locked one of the doors for no reason. And they only take cash.

we literally got turned away almost 20 minutes before they closed because the employee was too lazy to even make my sandwich.

I was here for a DoorDash and the guy behind the counter was very rude had a terrible attitude and does not need to be in customer service this was on Feb 1st 2025 at 5:20pm in case the owner reads these

All I needed was the key to the bathroom and the guy that was in there he said " yes it needs a key but you WILL wait until I'm done with what I'm doing." Absolutely not. Will NEVER go back in there.

I came in late one evening and ordered a protein bowl... The gentleman was very patient with me and even went as far as explaining the difference between a salad and protein bowl.... I will be returning for the great good and service!

Waited 30 min for my order just for them to tell me they were out of chicken salad so I wanted it substituted for turkey they have the nerve to say it will mess up their inventory I asked for the manager they said she stepped out she’ll be back. She never came back in. I never ate here before I highly DO NOT
