Ordered a meatball sub today and it was delicious! Music was great and the staff was very friendly. Would 100% recommend this location!

Been coming here everyday for the past month ( closest place from work ) and the staff is very nice and helpful. Very speedy when they get packed making sure every customer is took care of. Never had a bad sub. Meats and cheese always fresh. Along with the bread And the atmosphere is very chill. With good tunes.

On Sunday (10-12-25) ~6:30pm, ordered my usual foot long steak and cheese on wheat. MAYBE had enough meat for a 6in at best. he did not use the cup, or a scale but his gloved hands to measure the meat. Terribly disappointed.

Ask for drew to make your sandwich at this location. He’s the young man covered in ink. Fast friendly and he prepares your food neat and nice!!! The atmosphere was nice and clean!! 10/10!!!
I was very unsatisfied with the service I received today. As I was telling this lady what vegetables to put on my sandwich another employee littered with tattoos, who had worked on my sandwich previously, was completely yelling over me at the young woman finishing my sandwich. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable situation as I kept trying to tell her what I wanted and he kept getting louder and louder as I did. She tried to ask him to stop (she referred to him as Andrew so I believe that is his name) but he just kept continuing to yell over both of us. Truly the most unprofessional older man Ive ever seen in my life. The only reason I'm giving more than 1 star is because that poor woman was so nice and apologetic that she made the experience slightly less uncomfortable for me.

I haven’t been to this subway in a while. Last time I went in I got into an argument with a young white man covered in tattoos. Today he was very polite and was SMILING. He took my order with well manners and was quick in getting me in and out the door. And the young lady who was working with him was such a sweetheart as well. I will be back. Customer satisfaction 10/10!!!

Took a while for my order to be taken as it seems the white guy with tattoos is the only one with a sense of urgency when getting the food prepared. That is to say that there are other people working but they seem to be not there or want to be there.
Always get the same thing every time I go to subway but I followed this guys recommendation and was very surprised at the results.

I have ordered the Footlong through the mobile order and went to the store to collect it . The store was located in the decent neighborhood and store is maintained very cleanly by the ladies and the Footlong was packed very well.

I made an online order and my husband walked from the childrens hospital to the subway to get our sandwich, he was giving the wrong one walked all the way back to the hospital room opened the sandwich and seen it was tuna not chicken, I then checked the time ket and sure enough wrong name, so I called and the guy said bring it back I gave him the wrong sandwich. My husband takes the sandwich back the white guy with all the tattoos the asks how much of it did you eat before you knew it was the wrong one, my hubs then said none we opened it, well he gave him our sandwich and it looked like it had been opened, so my hubs called as he was walking back to hospital and asked if it was sent out and returned (our grandson just had a bone marrow transplant so we have to be extremely careful) the guy didn't know if he sent the sandwich out and then it was brought back in, he yelled on the phone just bring it back in then. My hubs returns to the subway and the guy started cussing at him and yelling at him, so my husband yelled back the employee then bowed his chest up and asked my hubs do you got a problem. This was during the day time, it was a short white male with tattoos, can't believe they would employ such a person who is threatening cuatomers

I went back Friday and the same young man greeted me and took my order. I don't know where you found him but he is without a doubt a keeper. He is pleasant, clean and a delight to see. Please give him the praise he deserves. 8/18/25
Went to Subway on MLK Dr. and was greeted by a young man in his late 20's to early 30's with bunches of cool tattoos. He was the most friendly and accommodating Subway employee I have ever encountered at ANY Subway restaurant. I was a few cents shy of having enough money to cover the bill and he took it out of his own wallet. I was so impressed as this has never happened before. Employee of the month material that deserves a raise!!!

So we get there and the worker is outside on the phone and acted like he had an attitude that we showed up. He said the credit card machine was messed up. But told us to come in anyway. Then he sluggishly said they were out of meatballs and Philly steaks. We almost turned around.

Terrible, they work to receive the customer with good service, to tend with a bad face and emphasis because customers arrive and do not even give what one acquires.

I ordered here last week. We have been in Children’s Hospital for the past 2 1/2 weeks when we received our sandwiches they had gotten the veggies mixed up. My husband had ordered lettuce, tomato pickle. I had not by the time I got back to see that my food they were asking me to sign consent due to my daughter going into an extensive surgery. I noticed if they had gotten my order wrong, so I called them back To see if they could fix it they told me that they cannot because they did not make my sandwiches wrong. I told them that they obviously had gotten the sandwiches mixed up. And the little Indian girl persisted that she had not, and she had talked to her manager about it, but that if I wanted to bring the food back the next day that I could for them to fix it, I told them that I was not keeping uneaten food for a day to take it back to a restaurant that it was their mistake and they should fix it and she consisted to be extremely rude I will never return to the subway again. Their customer service was terrible. They did not swallow my order at all. I’ve asked for my sandwiches toasted, and they were cold on top of being wrong and on top of that they not wanting to fix my order and saying that I was wrong whenever they had messed up my order and I had to order on my app Showing what I had gotten terrible place to eat definitely wouldn’t try
