Horrible customer service… At approximately 2:17 AM, I entered the store and was clearly visible as a customer. Instead of acknowledging my presence, the employee on duty turned the lights off and begin walking towards the door everyone looking confused she then announced, “It’s break time.” This is not the first time this has happened with the same worker.
When I politely asked how long the break would be, she responded rudely with “30 minutes” and went outside. I waited patiently. After about 10 minutes, she returned inside but did not acknowledge me or any other customers. Instead, she proceeded to make herself a sandwich and then sat down again for an additional 30 minutes or so.
After waiting a total of 45 minutes or more without being helped, I left the store without being served. I found this behavior extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional — especially considering I was also on a limited break and received no service at all.

I had a long day. Brain fried. Did not know what I wanted. I wanted food. They recommended a steak salami sub. It was what I needed. Was at the counter a long time because I am difficult like that. I feel better.

I order a box of cookies online, came in asked for my order. The guy immediately called his manager and asked about a order because it haven't came in yet but the transaction went through. I asked for my money back and the guy asked for me to leave because I got smart with him when I ask for my money back. I asked to speak with his manager which he said he was the general manager. He threaten to call the cops which I welcome him too do. He said he was pressing charges on me for sitting quietly waiting on the police got mad at me for not asking his questions and I told him I would rather just wait for the police to get her. He was disturbing my leave and all I wanted for some cookies on a Saturday. I didn't come in with no bad energy but received it in the long run.

The store manager is the rudest employee they have. I ordered the same sandwich I have ate my whole life that they just keep changing the name to. Long story short I prefer more vegetables than meat. But they want to charge me for a turkey and cheese and bacon so they can get more money off me but yet I request half the amount of meat put on my sandwich that they normally put on the sandwich. Her exact words were that messes up my count when my employees do that.... So your account is messed up and that's what you're mad about because a customer gets the same which they asked for???? I thought it was Subway where you make the sandwich that you want???? Needless to say I switched subways because this one was closer to my house and the customer service from the employees has been a great experience every time I go in there.... Until yesterday. I was so upset when I left there I threw the sandwich in the trash and was no longer hungry. Way to go store manager!

My husband came home very upset with the entire situation with Adren. Our sandwiches had a few pieces of meat but loaded up with veggies and half a bottle of sauce. He ended up cooking some lunch meat to put on sandwiches.
