The store manager is the rudest employee they have. I ordered the same sandwich I have ate my whole life that they just keep changing the name to. Long story short I prefer more vegetables than meat. But they want to charge me for a turkey and cheese and bacon so they can get more money off me but yet I request half the amount of meat put on my sandwich that they normally put on the sandwich. Her exact words were that messes up my count when my employees do that.... So your account is messed up and that's what you're mad about because a customer gets the same which they asked for???? I thought it was Subway where you make the sandwich that you want???? Needless to say I switched subways because this one was closer to my house and the customer service from the employees has been a great experience every time I go in there.... Until yesterday. I was so upset when I left there I threw the sandwich in the trash and was no longer hungry. Way to go store manager!

Stopped by on Christmas to grab a sandwich and it was pretty good for Subway. Staff was very friendly, kudos to them for working on Christmas, we travelers appreciate it.

My husband came home very upset with the entire situation with Adren. Our sandwiches had a few pieces of meat but loaded up with veggies and half a bottle of sauce. He ended up cooking some lunch meat to put on sandwiches.

I wouldn't recommend this Subway. We've been here a few times since it isn't far from home, but everytime we do there are employees vaping and smoking right next to the door, vaping inside, and they give real dirty looks to everyone who walks in. There used to be some nice employees, but the new employees are rude and immature. They will cut you off, be real short with you, and start bad mouthing you if you ask for a little more of something. The subs are just thrown together, with hardly anything or way too much, the bread is stale and old, and the vegetables are old and gross too. This is not the subway it used to be. It is horrible now.

2/24/23 - I came in several hours before 7:00pm with my head phones on with study tools and bought a foot long veggie sandwich on wheat bread with Lay's baked potato chips and decided to study there for a few hours. The staff there when I arrived was comprised of a manager (older Caucasian gentleman) that was reeling in a cart full of subway material back and forth for about 40-45 mins, and two young workers (one female of Caucasian descent, and another male of African-American descent). The female worker left a customer get on the store microphone to joke around on it. They kept their conversations clean until around an hour later when the the boss left they invited a Caucasian young worker from Love's to have a group conversation right in-front of the table I was sitting at (mind you I was sitting way in the back to avoid this) nobody was sitting at any other tables. I took this as bullying because they seen my notepad and pen out writing and their voices were at a max joking around and laughing loudly with no regard to the customers there. Anyways, I tried focusing the best way I could to block them out. They kept this up for about 20 minutes.A few hours later they left and a new squad came in to replace them. One male and one female of African-American descent,and two females of Caucasian descent. To my surprise the staff there of African-American descent (I am of the same, so this is not a bias report) female and male were there cussing up a storm after customers got there sandwiches and left. When Caucasian families came in they stopped and watched their mouths until they left and thought because I'm young and brown that I am okay with that type of talk. I tried to block them out by turning up my orchestra music a little louder while I study but I can still hear their conversations. An older gentlemen that worked in the actual Love's part of the store came in to sit down but as he heard their filthy mouths he got up and left. I stayed there until around 8:00-8:10pm.I myself am of African-American descent, a Man of the Lord and I don't appreciate paying earned money to be subject to cuss words being thrown around like filthy rags with no regard to other customers. Next time it happens I will take a video and send it to corporate so they can get a look at the unprofessionalism that is tolerated in that branch.

I got Philly steak sub on wheat. They where out of the bread I wanted but my sandwich was still good. And the cashiers attitude was the best but we all have those days but at work we have to hide it.
